To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and pet-free. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🚫🌬️🐾

🏠 Amenities & Essentials:
The Space: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. 🍳
Starter Kit: We provide a start-up supply of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, TP, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, laundry sheets, and coffee. One set of bath/beach towels per guest is included. 🧼
Parking: Large driveway and a 2-car garage for guest use. 🚗
Note: We do not replenish supplies or provide items like spices, foil, or tissues. Luggage drop-off is not allowed for the protection of your belongings.

📋 Important House Rules:
Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾
Pool Heating: Solar heating is dependent on sunlight. During cold snaps (especially Oct–April), the water may not reach high temperatures. No refunds for water temperature. 🌡️
Security: Exterior cameras are located at each fence gate for property safety. 📸
Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O. Box. 📬

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policies:
Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. 🔑

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned home. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be sent automatically at 3 PM on arrival day. ✍️

Monthly Rentals: Guests are responsible for electric usage over $100. ⚡

🚨 Strict Cancellation Policy:
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred).

The house was clean and just as listed. Host was great to work with. We had a late check in and she was very responsive during the process. Pool could have been cleaner and there wasn’t much lighting out at the pool in the evening because none of the lights worked other than a single hanging strand. Location was convenient. Over all we had a great stay and the house was as described.

Had a great stay overall. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, close beaches, stores, food & to family and friends. 2 families slept comfortably with plenty of room. All the kids had a blast. The home was clean, amenities exactly as listed, beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked to start you off with the essentials. Minor hiccup with the pool (pollen/rain storm had turned the pool quickly green mid stay- no one’s fault). We contacted the property manager and she immediately sent someone to clean and be taken care of, even the pool guy was great! Kids got to swim again the same day. Check in and out was easy and the price for the week was reasonable. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Was a good time at the house with my family, with the only concern was that the Pool was not as pictured in the listing. It was not very clean, lots of spider webs on the inside of the screened in pool area, and it had a yellowish tint rather then blue.

Loved the open concept of the house. TVs everywhere were fun for the kids. Kids loved the pool and foosball table. Great location as it’s a short drive to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

Spring training

This stay was great. It was our first long distance trip with our infant and everything worked very smoothly. The house was exactly as described. They even had a pack-and-play and high chair for my son. It was about 5 min from Indian Rocks and 20 min from Clearwater beach. It was also about 20 min to the Phillies games (all super easy). There are parks and grocery stores near by that also made it super convenient. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a 6 month old with us, and the house is very family friendly - Graco pack and play, high chair, baby hangars, dinnerware. The pool was a little chilly, but we enjoyed it and loved being able to just sit by the pool - very relaxing. Beds are comfortable, everything was very clean.

This house had everything a family could need. Space was very clean and tidy, bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were all very comfortable. The pool area was great too, we actually found there were a couple of pool noodles and floats, as well as some standard sand toys.

Place really ok, can find better maintained.

I'll start by saying had a wonderful time. The pros of the location are very good. Internet was very good, TVs in all rooms, many viewing options. Indoor living space clean, very nice, location provides beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to pull items (we had our own but still nice to have). Price pretty decent. The cons however made this place just ok. Bed sizes are NOT what is listed-king, queen, 2 double beds. Actual bed sizes are queen, double, 2 double beds. The pool area was NOT cleaned before arrival, as the spiders and size of webs indicated undisturbed for some time. Large collection of leaves on top of screen shielding pool. The pool itself was not the cleanest, hazy, collection of leaves at bottom. Overall, the cons didn't ruin the vacation, the cons just made the final result of place itself ok. Management needs to have the services it hires do a better job of maintaining the place. Just a bit more effort (and being honest on beds) would make this place earn far more stars.

Loved this place

We loved this house! We had plenty of room with 2 families! We would definitely stay again! Great location as well! 2 grocery stores are less than a mile away and the house is so close to several beaches! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Very clean, beautiful property.

Loved staying here and would definitely recommend this home. Our third VRBO stay in the last six months and it was the most comfortable. This property was excellently cleaned. Kids loved the foosball table and the pool. Beds were very comfy. My only request would be hooks or bars in the bathrooms for towels, clothes, etc.

We stayed at this house 4 adults and 3 kids. The house is very family friendly, the pool is heated, and very entertaining for the kids. Centrally located between clearwater and St pete.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!

Ok stay

The group before us smoked in the house and left an awful smell behind. The property manager was responsive to my request for a refund and the cleaning crew did as good of a job as they could. It would have been much better had the prior tenants been more considerate of the accommodations.

The Good The Bad

The Good House was fantastic!, very clean, spacious for our group of 5. On site laundry was great, heating/cooling worked as it should to keep us comfortable. Location was great for what we had planned, close to lots of amenities. The Bad Pool, was filthy when we arrived on a Monday afternoon of a 4 night stay, appeared not to be cleaned in a while… pump was leaking water, control panel in alarm due to faulty sensor. Very specific details/rules are laid out in rental agreement that pool must be accessible on Tuesday's for cleaning purposes, we told kids that it will be cleaned the next day and they can use it then. Well that didn’t happen either, the pool wasn’t cleaned till sometime on thursday and even then circ pump wasn’t running to flow water through solar panels. We weren’t worried about how cold the water was, just disappointed the pool wasn’t functioning due to what appeared to be lack of maintenance. My personal opinion on pool — People book these homes with a pool for a reason. We pay EXTRA just for this specific amenity. I understand temperature is variable on solar panel type systems, however cleanliness and functionality should be compensated for if it can’t be fulfilled as advertised. Small item to note, oven has an issue, oven i believe has a faulty element as temp couldn’t get above 360 and it took just about 30min to get there , not a big deal breaker for us as it still got our pizza cooked, just took longer than it should.
