Our Indian Rocks Beach home boasts an array of amenities designed to elevate your stay. From a sprawling swim spa and game room to additional lounge areas and a putting green, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Dive into relaxation in the giant swim spa, perfect for both kids and adults with its ample size and year-round heating. Meanwhile, the game room offers endless entertainment, and the putting green provides a fun challenge for golf enthusiasts.

Spread across two floors, this home offers plenty of space to unwind without feeling cramped.

The ground level is a haven for gathering, featuring a kitchenette, living room area with seating and a flat screen tv, full bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The bedroom features 2 Full beds and is open to the lounge area.

Step outside to the porch with outdoor seating and a grill, or retreat to the spacious and private backyard.

Bonus area! Out back you will find the giant swim spa, kids and adults both love it as it's large and heated year-round. The backyard is spacious and private and features a putting green.

Upstairs, the main living area welcomes you with a comfortable sectional couch and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, complete with all the supplies and utensils you need. Gather around the dining room table, which accommodates eight guests, or pull up a seat at the kitchen island with room for three more.

The second floor has an additional small living area off of the living area that has a sofa bed and flat-screen TV.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, with beachy decor, shiplap accents, and unique touches throughout. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom boasts two queen beds. Retreat to the fourth bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom for added convenience. There is a third bathroom located on the hallway which has a shower/tub combo.

All our spaces are designed thinking of you – our guests! Beautiful and unique finishes and touches like beachy decor, shiplap throughout, murals and much more to feel like you are on the beach!

The garage has been converted to a game room and it features flat screen tv, game console, play station, shuffleboard, ping pong table and fooseball table.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.
* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
