Adult Only Island Rum Suites La habitación verde

Esta es una casa de lujo privada solo para adultos a 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Tampa, enclavada entre Clearwater, San Petersburgo y cerca de las hermosas playas del golfo. Nuestro hogar se sienta en 1 acre de paisajismo natural de Florida.
Los huéspedes tienen entrada privada a sus suites con baño completo, mini nevera, cafetera, microondas, televisión por cable grande, acceso inalámbrico a Internet y Wi-Fi, uso de una gran piscina de agua salada, parrilla de gas, área privada para tomar el sol, 2 hogueras al aire libre con mucho de las áreas de asientos.
Nuestra casa tiene 3 suites disponibles, todas con las mismas comodidades, así que si viajas con otras parejas o amigos es el lugar perfecto. Podemos alojar hasta 6 personas a la vez.

Loved everything about this stay! All of our needs were met and we wanted for nothing! This was similar to staying in a 5 star hotel for a fraction of the cos. An incredibly relaxing experience from start to finish!

Nice private property close to beaches. Room is simple but clean and beach themed. Bed tv bath shower plenty of closet space. Nice firepit area to sit in the evening. Gardens are awesome and it feels like you’re in the jungle. Pool was a little cool so we didn’t swim but it was nice. Hosting as nice and responsive as could possibly be. I highly recommend this rental.

Overall, this was an enjoyable experience. Our frustrations are concerning the water heater. I have no idea who all is sharing the same water heater at this property, but throughout the entire weekend only one of us had a hot shower on one occasion, and the rest of the showers were just warm, one of them being completely cold.

We came to town to visit family and attend a class reunion. The green room was very clean, decorated with island decor, and suited our needs for a 3-night visit. We will definitely stay again in the future. And the Island Rum c\ Cake was delicious.

I absolutely loved this place. The room and amenities were just as described. The rum cakes waiting for us were delicious, the stocked bathroom and bedroom were fantastic and everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, pool floaties, bug spray, and sunscreen all on site. The property was beautifully landscaped with fun wildlife around and wonderful ambiance. Thank you for the stay, service, and suggestions for places to go! Highly recommend!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a three-night stay. We frequent the area as we are considering moving down in the near future. The stay here was amazing. The grounds were beautiful! The landscaping, the pool, the firepit circle was all so inviting and comfortable. Upon entering our room, the first thing we noticed were two pieces of rum cake. We both found that to be an extremely warming gesture. The room was cleaned spotless and smelled great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for after beach showers. The bed was extremely comfortable, we rested very well. Check-in and checkout instructions were clearly listed on the wall. They were easy to follow! Overall, this stay was top tier! If you are visiting the area I would 100% recommend this humble abode!

Lynne is an amazing communicator, willing to help & answer any questions. If you forget something, Lynne has put it in the unit! The bed is comfy, loved we could swim at night when we finished our busy day. Beach chairs, cooler, ice...all provided! Location, location, location! Great spot, so close to the Gulf! First time at Indian Shores Beach, loved everything! We'll be back!! Thank you Lynne

My husband & I stayed a couple nights before traveling south. It was just what we were looking for. A peaceful quiet setting where we could rest up and explore the local area. The Green Room is exactly as described and impeccably clean. The host, Lynne, was quick to respond to all our questions and she includes a helpful list of restaurants & places to go to. We did not use the pool during our stay, but it was just as described and was very inviting. If you’re staying in the Clearwater area, this little gem is highly recommended!

Lynne & Jeff were amazing hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is just as described in their description and we enjoyed our two week stay immensely. We stayed in the Green Room and it was supplied with just about anything you would need. It was nice to have laundry facilities and free ice available, along with a beautiful pool and lovely property. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, which is also very close to the beach and shopping. We liked it so much that we rebooked before checking out for next year. Dale & John Woodruff

This location is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are very nice with everything you need. The shower was large and HOT water. Beautiful area. Nice pool. And the rum cakes are worth the trip on their own. Planning on returning to this wonderful place!
