• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.

We are happy to accommodate pets and charge a $150 pet fee per pet per stay. For stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
