Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these rules whenever using the pool:

• Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Always supervise children when they are in or around the pool.
• No diving or running in the pool area.
• Do not touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool equipment.
• No glass, sharp objects, or breakable items are allowed in the pool area.
• Please help keep the pool area clean and safe for everyone.

Pool hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Violations of this rule may result in fines and/or immediate termination of your stay.

𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Violations of this rule may result in fines and/or immediate termination of your stay.

𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠: No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. Violations may result in a minimum $250 fee.

𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫: A noise decibel monitor is installed outdoors to ensure guests comply with the city noise requirement. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚: Exterior cameras are installed at the front door and 1 towards the driveway. No cameras inside the home.
