Fully stocked kitchen and all the extras you need. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with the beautiful white sand Gulf Coast Beaches minutes away - consistently rated best beaches in the US!

This is the largest and most amazing residential pool in Pinellas County. The backyard offers a tiki bar, sandy beach, luxury Chaise pool loungers, and an outdoor dining table set for ten people.

The property is ten minutes from white sandy beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Grocery stores and shopping are less than 1 mile away.

Great house for family holiday

Pear Property Group was very helpful during our check-in, going above and beyond making sure everything was ready for our arrival. The house was clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Our only setback was the heating of the pool. If you go in the summer it should not be a problem, but we were there for Christmas break and FL had unusual cold temperatures, so the pool was not able to heat to a pleasant temperature for us. The pool is very large, and their heater needs to run 24/7 to rise the temperature and even then its not the ideal 82 degrees we were seeking. The Pear Property Group were very responsive to our frustrations, and tried to find ways for us to still enjoy our break by giving us access to the hot tub/spa. Would love to stay again, but probably during the warmer months.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

The house is in the worst neighborhood. I did not feel safe putting my children in the car outside even during the day here. It's next to a trailer park. There were cockroachs in the front bedroom and laundry room. The fan in the one bedroom did not work. We had to go buy a screwdriver to tighten the door locks in order for doors to properly close. Every single toilet paper holder and towel rack in the bathrooms were falling off the walls. The only reason to rent this house is if you want a nice pool. Everything else was 1/10.

Florida Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool is amazing and the best part. Loved the open concept so we were all able to hang out together. That being said we had a few issues that I messaged about but they were never acknowledged or responded to. The bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms did not have a working towel rack or toilet paper holder. It would be helpful to have a larger skillet to use for families.

A perfect oasis!

A perfect family vacation! Our family ages 1 to 84 enjoyed this vacation home so much it was hard to leave it even to visit the beach. Everything you need is right here. We spent hours in the backyard swimming, playing cornhole, sunbathing, and making treasured memories! We hope to return again soon! The hosts provided prompt instructions and replies to any question we had! A treasured get away!

Fantastic House

Great space, great open layout, new appliances. The pool and backyard is beyond words…so amazing! We had some minor issues with the fountains but the property manager addressed them quickly. Easily accommodated our family of 11.

Awesome house and fantastic backyard and pool.

The luxury Pool and back yard was Amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Overall this house was exactly what our group was looking for. the property group was very responsive for all questions we had. Would recommend this Rental Property.

Gorgeous Property

This is a gorgeous property that is exactly as listed. There is a beautiful, resort-style backyard that is absolutely incredible. The house is clean and updated. Everything was beautiful and it felt like we were at a private resort. It was tricky communicating with the property manager. There were many things we had to wait for hours/days before getting resolved which was frustrating. We never did get responses on some things that we had questions about. This place is too amazing to have frustrations with communication. I hope that can get resolved for future guests.

Gorgeous property!

This is by far my favorite rental ever. The pool was worth every penny. The house is adorable and the location is great. We had trouble with the hot tub. The property manager tried very hard to get the temperature up, but it never heated properly. The waterfall made up for any let down. Tons of water toys and rafts too! Highly, highly recommend!

Off to a rocky start

Arrived at this property after a long travel day to find piles of dirty laundry and dirty dishes. Had to make a late night trip to the store for cleaning supplies. Definitely not the way you want to start a holiday. When we advised the host, he said he would send cleaners, but they never came. Good points: -backyard is absolutely stunning -bed’s comfortable -lots of dishes and utensils (we did have to pre-wash them though) - use of washer & dryer -TP and paper towels provided -TV set up with many streaming services -central location Negatives -not clean upon arrival -have to text host every time you want the hot tub turned on -bought steaks one night and ran out of propane after cooking hotdogs for the kids -$60us/day for pool heat and the pool never got above 77 degrees even though our week was very hot.
