Amazing property!!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was even better than expected. It was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and linens.The downstairs area was ideal for our group of 11. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone enough room to relax without feeling crowded. Whether we were cooking meals, hanging out, or getting ready for the beach, the layout worked perfectly for us.You can tell the owners really put thought into making the space welcoming and guest-friendly. We truly felt at home here, and we’re already talking about coming back for our next getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside vacation with a big group!

Great beach stay!

The location of the house is conveniently located right across the street from the beach as well as a perfect beach cafe! The only drawback is a busy and sometimes loud street in front of the house. You also have to walk just under a block to get to a crosswalk as you cannot safely cross the street without the crosswalk. The house came with plenty of beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs, and even some beach toys.Note there are a lot of stairs so be mindful of what you pack! The owners were very communicative and easy to reach as well as super kind.

Perfect Spot

Everything was so clean and it was a perfect spot by the beach. Watched dolphins in the morning on the balcony while I drank my coffee. The cute coffee bar was a major plus. Plenty of room to spread out in and Master Bedroom was really comfortable and roomy. Easy walk across the street to the beach with lots of beach stuff to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

We took our family vacation here! It was perfect lactation! Close to several great restaurants that the owner recommended! We road down to the pass and in to St. Petersburg! We enjoyed days on the beach, the owner had tons of beach stuff available. We enjoyed ordering drinks right on the beach at Crabbys oh and their street corn is delicious! We enjoyed a restaurant and live music at twisted monkey! Went to Busch gardens for the day! The house was beautiful very clean and had all the accommodations we needed and more! Definitely a must stay!

Great location

Location is best part of this home! The furniture is broken down and legs are bent on chairs. Be cautious when sitting down. The king bedroom mattress topper is wrong size so you just hang over, not real comfortable. Very clean and enjoyed walking across street to beach and Caddy’s.

Lovely stay

This was a lovely house and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather was a bit colder than we had hoped, and I am sure that with warmer weather the stay would have been even better. We loved Brewnette for brunch and enjoyed karaoke at Caddy's on Tuesday. Boardwalk Grille had the best food in John's Pass in our opinion.

beautifully updated house, well stocked

This house is great--very nice, updated and clean. It is also stocked with lots of extras, a snack basket, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Even though it's across the street from the beach, you still have a great view since there are no buildings directly in front of it. Candy Kitchen was just a five minute walk and has great ice cream. Conch Republic was a short drive and has excellent seafood. Would stay again!

Super cute place. GREAT location!

Fantastic location and house!

This house is so nice and Helena (the host) thought of everything. There was laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash , beach towels, water toys- everything that you need for a beach vacation. The house is right across the street from the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance and shopping/water activities at the Pier. There is plenty of parking with a garage. This will be our go to beach house. The beach is also beautiful! We have used vacation rentals several times before and I would say this is one of the best! Thank you for the wonderful stay Helena!

Girls Trip

Perfect location directly across the street from beach access. There were 9 of us ladies and we had plenty of space for everyone. There is one bedroom downstairs,, where we pit the early risers, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean upon arrival and communication was great with our host. The girls especially appreciated the coffee bar in the morning !! Highly recommend!

Mullin getaway

Property VERY new and clean and wonderful! We were slightly surprised at the traffic on Gulf Blvd. But got used to it and used the crosswalk to get to the beach. GREAT beach and sand! Loved the area and shopping.

Wonderful holiday vacation

We live in a nearby community but in a 2 bedroom condo. We rented this property for Thanksgiving for our 2 daughters, son in law and 4 grandchildren and had plenty of space. It is very conveniently located. We enjoyed the walk to Johns Pass and rented a pontoon boat at Madeira Beach. The walk across the road to the beach was easy and perfect for the kids. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and anything you needed. We loved it!
