    Just minutes from Innisbrook PGA golf course and Honeymoon Island State Park Beach, Crystal Beach is the very best location in Pinellas County with over 30 acres of private community parks nearby (community beach, public pier, paved biking/walking trails, lighted tennis courts, basketball hoops, and playgrounds).

    Crystal Beach is a wonderful eclectic community where mansion dwellers, starving artists, and families all feel at home, have community meet ups, and hide from stress in the private back yards. Your Florida escape begins in this totally renovated luxurious home. You'll want to come 'home' to Crystal Beach year after year.

    We have 3000 square feet of very open living space indoors (perfect for a family get-away), but you won't be indoors much with the huge deck, brand new pool, the Gulf of Mexico, the Pinellas Trail just a short walk away, and the nation's top rated beaches just down the road.

    GREAT LOCATION: Home is directly across the street from the gulf. Nearby neighborhood beach, community park and fishing pier are just a two minute walk. Situated between Clearwater Beach and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, this is a rare community that still has a real old Florida feel. Ozona and Dunedin are two amazing folksy communities nearby with art shows, farmer's markets, amazing food, and antique shops.

    JUST RENOVATED: Super modern and clean with granite and stainless throughout. Almost everything in the house is brand new. Stunning tile through out entire home. Even the swimming pool is new! ALL ON ONE LEVEL!

    TWO MASTER SUITES: Two outstanding and spacious master suites each with a beautiful master bath. Hobby or office room attached to one of the master suites. Both master's have queen beds and a ton of space for a crib or play pen.

    Third bedroom has two twins, 4th bedroom has a full-sized bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a restroom (shower).

    RECHARGE HERE: Huge deck area surrounding the pool for gatherings. Famous pinellas 35 mile trail perfect for the walker, runner and cyclist is less than a five minute walk in this quiet neighborhood to the trail head. Public boat launch and several marinas are less than a five minute drive.

    ABOUT OUR BEACH: Crystal Beach 'beach' is a small neighborhood beach where the community gathers to watch sunsets and let dogs and kids play in the water. Some Fridays there are jam sessions and music meet ups. This is a mixed community of all ages with an 'old Florida' feel. Many residents live here year-round. There is a community center and a teen activity center.

    Home has high-speed Internet.

    NEARBY: Clearwater beach is within 30 minutes and Honeymoon Island State Park is even closer. Both are top rated beaches in the nation. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens. If you like pro sports we have a major league baseball team, pro football team, pro hockey team, pro soccer team and an annual PGA golf tournament.

    Shopping mall, grocery, restaurants, worship and entertainment are all nearby.

    Good area for seafood lovers, Gluten free, vegetarians, and bb-q lovers.

    Check out Allegiant Airlines really cheap flights to 'PIE' or Southwest Airlines to 'TPA.' There are some very good deals for summer flights right now.

    WILDLIFE: Dolphins, Manatees, Osprey, Herons, Egrets, Bald Eagle, Alligators, Owls, Great Birding Areas, etc.

This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 5! One of the masters was accessible which was perfect for our son that had a knee injury a few days before our vacation. We had everything we needed and loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space as well. Betsy was super responsive and so kind! I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Clearwater yet also close to the quieter beaches like honeymoon island.

Only 2 blocks from Crystal Beach. We loved the sunsets every night. The community atmosphere in the neighborhood was great. We loved to walk the rail trail, the Gulf Shore Park waterfront walk and neighborhood walks. The home’s space was amble. If you are looking for house beautiful this is not for you. If you want house functional, the four bedrooms and 4 baths can’t be matched for the price and location.

Wonderful location

This house is in a fantastic neighborhood with a gorgeous view of gulf. The community gathers for sunset. Plenty of space for your family and a pool. Close proximity to Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We loved our time here!

The pool water was so cold no one attempted to go in. The property was dog friendly .The neighborhood was very nice. The space in the house was great. The floors were very dirty.. we wash the dishes before using them. The floor plan is very nice. No complaints except for the cleaning.

Wonderful Location

Nice house; would have been even more awesome in the summer with the lovely pool in the backyard! But even in December, the location was perfect. The family enjoyed the Christmas golf cart parade, Santa in the fire engine, the pier, and lovely sunsets. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room in the home for a large group to enjoy the holidays.

Palm Harbor Vacation

We were very pleased with the spacious of the home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean and the home is in a great location. My suggestion for the owner would be to spend some time and money on the back yard around the pool. It has great potential for a beautiful spot.

Baths and beds were clean but floor was dirty and full of dog hair. Toaster was missing and host did not replace during our week. Weather turned cold and I messaged asking about blankets. No response at all. Location is great and area is lovely.

Nice place for a family vacation

Plenty of space and clean. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We would stay again. Only downside was the ceiling fan in the bedroom with twin beds did not work. And the deck gets very hot during the day.

The house and the pool are perfect!

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. It is very spacious and has a lot of little extras! It is however not walking distance to the beach. It is walking distance to a couple of piers. You can catch some sunsets and sunrises there. The mosquitos were horrendous! Be prepared for that!

Good for the most part

The house is clean for sure but the floors needed a better job done. When it feels gritty you know they weren’t cleaned as well as they should have been. Two biggest downers to our stay was no heat in the pool and you have to drive to an actual beach. Other than those two things this home is pretty awesome. The neighborhood is very nice. A walking/biking trail is just down the street as is a pier. There are also lots of places to eat and shop a short drive away. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was great also.

Wonderful experience

We stayed for 6 days to celebrate my parents’ 59th anniversary. They have mobility issues. There are grab bars and a removable handicap ramp to enter the front door. Quick and easy response to questions. Two en suite master bedrooms are hard to find! We got to see the gopher tortoise that lives in the front yard-a special treat. It’s only 11/2 blocks to the pier, with benches to watch the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool. It was very well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed the brand new K Duo - a Keurig that also brews ground coffee in a pot. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place to Relax

The house was just as, or better, than the pictures and details. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Our family consisted of grandparents and son and his family. We all have very stressful jobs and three weeks ago our son had a house fire and almost everything was destroyed. However, the family and the family dogs got out safely. We were all exhausted and needed a few days down time. This house was perfect for us because we were able to bring our dogs with was. The host was wonderful to work with and response time was excellent. We could not have had a better place to spend some time to relax and regroup. We will definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved the home, perfect size for the 6 of us. Great neighborhood, we loved it being so close to the pier. We enjoyed walks in the evening. We were all able to sit in the big living room and watch tv and hang out. Thank you for opening up your home to us!!

Wonderful Stay
