This affordable two bedroom has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home: big screen TV, full kitchen, beautifully decorated, nice bar, outside lanai area for entertainment, stereo, washer/dryer, mountain bikes, roller blades, beach chairs, pots and pans, complete linens, large garage, charcoal barbecue, charcoal smoker, large gas barbecue. Honeymoon Island and Caldesi Beach minutes away, Clearwater beach 15 minutes. Close to baseball stadiums, gulf courses, 5 minutes to either beautiful downtown Dunedin or Palm Harbor. 20 minutes from St. Pete's airport, thirty to Tampa airport. Close to the Pinellas Trail. Nice community and very relaxing oasis, tropical landscaping throughout property...overall a great base for your vacation.

The house was what was described. The pool was nice and yard was perfect for a little dog. Though the house was clean, my only slight reservation was that house smells of smoke.

Sanctuary

This home provided a wonderful respite for my family after hurricane Helene. Great location, and an accommodating host. Lovely yard and pool setting are a big plus and add a lot to this comfortable home.

Great location & a great host

House was exactly like the pictures. Pool area is beautifully landscaped and provided a great area to eat, visit & relax. Great location for us with family in Dunedin. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Palm Harbor Stay

Our stay at Jeffrey's place was great and he was very responsive. Great location! There are a lot of things to do in the area....great beaches, restaurants and bars, parks, and the Pinellas Trail! We love walking the beach on the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island, and haging out in Downtown Dunedin too!

Nice home in wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay especially the garden, porch and pool area. Super location for many activities - parks, beach, nearby towns, restaurants- and walks in the neighborhood. Jeffrey is very prompt in communications. Glad we had the opportunity to stay in the area.

Beautiful landscaping and location

Enough towels and sheets for everyone, plenty of staples to get started (TP, soap, seasoning, trash bags, etc). Lovely neighborhood for morning walks and a short drive to beaches, shops and restaurants.

After checking out I talked with the owner regarding the issues we had. Some were temporarily beyond his control and the others are being addressed. His concern for the quality of our stay was genuine. House has real 70's charm. A/C worked great. Pool lanai area is super relaxing. Very convenient to Honeymoon and Dunedin. Not needing to run out and buy paper towels, TP, etc. was a nice touch.

Comfortable & relaxing

Liked the home , it was set up just right for us. Privacy a plus! The pool was the only disappointment at first. After it was serviced was better. Master bathroom needs some TLC . Would rent again

Pool house

Nice house with beautiful screened pool area. The owner is very responsive and great to interact with. The only negatives were the bathrooms need updating, but are clean and functional. The garage is very nice to have but needs to be organized and less cluttered. Our two month stay overall was very pleasant. Thanks!

Check in was easy and fast. The large plant next to the entrance needed trimming. It may have been trimmed by now, but it was in the way every time we opened the outer screen/storm door. The house was clean and the A/C was blasting. We did not adjust it, but if you tend to be cold, you will want to ask about adjusting the setting beforehand. Don't leave any food out that isn't sealed. We are from FL and should've known better, but we left a box of Publix donuts on the counter and the next morning there were ants all over them. There was no toilet paper to be found, so we just grabbed some when we went for groceries. The backyard and patio is where we spent our time if we weren't at the beach. It was nicely landscaped and the pool temp was perfect. The patio smelled of cigarette smoke, but at least that wasn't the case inside. The location was great. Close to beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Inaccurate online listing of house

This house was not accurately listed on VRBO! We expected a nice vacation home for the price we paid and when you get there the home is old, not renovated, and furnished with garage sale junk. Unbelievable that no one mentioned the ancient badly painted “master bathroom “ which was very small with a step down shower stressful for this senior with no handles. Master bedroom had 2 dressers with unmovable drawers! Closet filled with old pillows and old sheets! Really needs to be renovated! The second bedroom and bathroom was in better shape. Kitchen had a previous fire and burnt cupboard left. Fire extinguisher left there. Electrical wiring was scary. Never saw any smoke alarms or safety items. Stressful! Even TV was stressful getting connected- didn’t work according to owners instructions. Not able to stream anything. Best thing is the pool-as pictures show accurately. This was a very warm oasis. Sorry but never again- bad reputation for VRBO!

Best Place Ever

The property was described exactly as it was. The location is awesome and having the pool was super nice. The manager was easy to contact and took really good care of our needs. Highly recommend this property.
