Located in Largo, you’ll also be close to the most parks in the Tampa Bay area, perfect for outdoor adventures and local events.



And the best part? The real memories are made right at home.



This spacious retreat is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. Four well-appointed bedrooms feature hotel-quality bedding, ceiling fans, and Roku TVs, creating a relaxing place to unwind. The open living room is perfect for gathering, with a large sectional and over sized bean bag chairs for movie nights, games, or conversation.



The newly renovated backyard is a private resort-style oasis. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool with fountain, sundeck, and bubbler, or relax in the 8-person hot tub. Multiple seating areas—including loungers, a fire table, outdoor dining, and bar seating—ensure everyone has a place to relax. Get competitive with corn hole, mini bowling, outdoor Jenga, or practice your short game on the putting green. Inside, the game room delivers nonstop fun with a popcorn machine, 5-in-1 mini pool table, 2-player dance game, and classic arcade games.



Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate large groups:

Other Things to Note:

This is a 2 story home with 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) located upstairs and 3 steps down into the backyard. Living room fireplace is for decoration only.



The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. It must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). Please notify me within one week of your arrival if you would like the pool heated. If not informed in advance, it may take 24-48 hours to reach the desired temperature. The pool will be heated to 83-88°F, or up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if outside temperatures are below 60°F. Note: The pool is not a hot tub.



There is no ac in game room. It is the garage



Please note the thermostat is set to not go between 68 degrees and won’t go any lower than this.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pits on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
