Due to a storm the week before we came, the dock was destroyed and removed. The host sent me a message to let me know about this prior to us coming which was very appreciative. She gave us ideas for places to visit and was very great at communication. The AC needed some attention and she was was prompt at getting someone to the house to have it fixed. We greatly enjoyed this home and the view as well as the wildlife!

The home was very clean and comfortable. We traveled to Palm Harbor for my father in law’s 102 nd birthday. The home was close to his residence and very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio overlooking lake Tarpon. We were treated to a wonderful view of the many verities of water fowl looking for their morning meal. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with amenities.

The home was clean, beautiful, and exactly as pictured. It was an amazing trip and an amazing house. It was close to everything but far enough away to have plenty of peace and quiet. You are right off of the water so expect a few flying bugs but nothing bit any of us! It was absolutely great! The neighbors were all very friendly as well. Thank you for letting us call your home home for a few days.

A very nice place to stay

This is a cute house that worked beautifully for our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and the house has a great view of the water (although with a July visit it was too hot to sit outside!) I would select this house again.
