The perfect location for my stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood, very friendly and safe. Had breakfast around the corner and someone offered to share their table with me.

This was the PERFECT place for us to have a little staycation! The place has a very homey/relaxing vibe. Nice part is we are close to the beach as well. The Host was amazing at communicating everything with us. Would love to stay again next time we come to st Pete!

Super duper wow! The place is big and has everything need. It’s a quick ride to the beach and a great neighborhood and safe area. The host was kind and responsive. I’m so happy I chose this place.

Overall we loved this place and would stay again! Really the only issue we had was that the shower was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean it with bleach and we also bought and left a shower toiletry holder there for future tenants. This place was so close to perfect, with just a little more attention to detail needed when cleaning. Other than that the place was perfect for what we needed, location was great, the host was very responsive, and the check in/out process was seamless

We’re impressed! You would need to drive to get where you need/want to go, but they are all close by. It is a great place to wind down!

Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean (only place that needs dusting was under the bathroom cabinet). The studio didn’t have any dog smell which is a plus, since it’s pet friendly. It has all the basic amenities, felt like I was in a hotel. Walking distance to Sunset Park to see the sunset, beach, restaurants, and much more. Definitely will come back.

Great room!

Large room with small kitchenette and bathroom off the side. Parking is enough for 2 cars. Very clean with all essentials required, extremely close to beach and in nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Nectar Bed was amazing, will be buying one. The room was spacious and welcoming. The bathroom & shower was very small and not comfortable. Should label where the AC remote is, blends in with wall.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely place with a very comfortable bed and functional kitchenette. The host was great and quick to reply to my messages. Finding and parking was easy. The bath mat could be replaced and the toilet did not always flush, but otherwise, great stay!
