We really enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed and more. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. My family really enjoyed the porch area and the pool. We will definitely book this home again.

This is our 11th year on a girlfriend’s Florida trip. House met all of our needs, all the essentials supplied and short walk to beach. Thank you for sharing your place with the vacation besties!

Wonderful and clean home with everything we needed to enjoy a vacation. The screenroom and pool area were our favorite places to spend time when not at the beach or other local places. Excellent distance to walk to anywhere. We are excited to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay. Place was perfect for 3 couples. Clean & comfortable. Locations was great. Loved that there were beach towels, beach chairs, and wagons available for beach use. Would recommend and stay again!

Relaxing

Such a cute house within walking distance to the beach! Our family really enjoyed staying here and the kids especially loved the pool! We will hopefully be returning soon!

We had a wonderful time. Great location beds very comfortable. Owners responded quickly with answers to question. Would definitely recommend this house

Awesome place!

Great spot, looks small from the front but it is very spacious. Has everything plus some to function in this kitchen which is great! The pool is great to relax at in the evening after dinner and a long day playing. Perfect spot!

Comfortable house

Great house with plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Most of what was needed for our stay was conveniently provided. Roomy and relaxing!

Family has stayed here twice!!

This house has such a great layout for families! We took our daughter, son-in-law and grandson on vacation with us. Two large living rooms with big tvs, so plenty of room to spread out. The beds are really comfortable - a detail many owners ignore which I feel is very important! Nice quiet neighborhood where you can sit on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, dine on the covered outdoor patio, and of course enjoy swimming in the private pool any time you like! Short walk to the beach with 2 wagons to carry beach chairs and a beach tent is also provided. Owners have thought of everything. Love this house so much we’ve stayed there twice and will no doubt return! Short drive to restaurants… a few places within walking distance. Centrally located with Clearwater 5-10 minutes away and great shopping/restaurants at John’s Pass maybe 20 minutes away.

Indian Rock Beach rental

Absolutely fantastic property. Very spacious, Super clean, meticulous, inviting, great mattress, showers and SOOO well stocked. I don’t know that I’ve ever been anywhere with better cooking and kitchen supplies. Tons of beach, chairs, and wagons, which we did not get to use. Instructions for check in and contact were seamless. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood location. Only Wish we would’ve had better weather so we could have enjoyed the back porch, the pool, etc. Super easy walk to the beach. I would love to return here for better weather and not a working vacation.

Perfect for family!!

The house was spacious, amazingly equipped with anything we would need from cooking to cleaning. Pool was well maintained while we was there the week. Safe area and peaceful. Highly recommended. Close to the beach, we walked from the home.

Great place for family!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (three generations). It was a perfect house and great location. The house was very clean and even better than the pictures. Everyone in our group kept saying what a great find it was. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool. And we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely come back to this same place in the future!

Great Home in Great Location.

The home was perfect size for our group of 6. The location is excellent, less than 5 min walk to beach and house has perfect beach accessories for use. The home itself is very CLEAN, furniture is well kept, appliances are new/modern, kitchen is well stocked, and the third shower is a real bonus. Pool and backyard area are a bit small, but still perfect for a quick cool off after day at beach.

The house is extremely well kept, well outfitted, as advertised. Homeowner was impressive. They were extremely helpful in a very timely manner when called upon. Also very open to suggestions. Definitely worth staying.

Look no further

Our stay was just perfect. Location was a few blocks from the beach, house was updated with comfortable furniture. The amenities were appreciated from cozy spare blankets, labels on lights and tv, to beach chairs …the list goes on. The listing photos and descriptions are all accurate. The hosts had a binder on the counter with needed information and tips on “things to do”. We used their tips and enjoyed the recommendations!

The property looked exactly how it was listed and you can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making it a comfortable experience for guests! They had everything we could’ve needed including a pack and play and a high chair, beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc) the home was very clean and we enjoyed how close it was to the beach (10 min walk) and also enjoyed a lot of time by the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and things like coffee, tea, spices, baggies,etc so we didn’t need to buy any of that at the store. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
