Steps to Beach & Pickleball • Pool, Game Room, Putting Green & Cart

BTR #1950 Azul Paradise is perfectly packed with amenities to make your visit to IRB spectacular! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3000 sq. ft. house boasts a heated pool with covered cabana, putting green, ping pong table and more games. It includes a street legal golf cart that seats six for trips to the beach and restaurants all over IRB. Three car garage was converted to indoor/outdoor entertainment rooms with ping pong, connect 4, bag toss and more. There is ample off-street parking in the circular drive. This is the perfect house for entertainment after the beach and can easily accommodate larger groups.

The bedrooms include: a master with king bed with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with king bed and adjacent bathroom, third bedroom with queen bed, a fourth bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a fifth bedroom with king bed and full bunk bed.

The house is located less than 2 minutes from the beach by golf cart and the city park is one block away with tennis, pickle ball courts, basketball, a baseball field and a skateboard park.

The house was great for 5 adults and 5 children. We loved the backyard and outdoor spaces! The kids had a great time in the pool and on the putting green. We loved the quiet neighborhood and that the beach was so close. The golf cart was great and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The host, Tom, was friendly and extremely responsive to any question. Wonderful family getaway and wouldn't hesitate to book again...can't wait to go back!

My family of 8 had an amazing time here. Very spacious and the kids loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops that are right down the street. The big kitchen and two refrigerators made it easy for our big family to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

The pool was everything we wanted. We loved it. The whole backyard experience was incredibly comfortable, clean and private. Tom was incredible, always easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I usually don't stay at the same place twice, but I will definitely be back to the property.

Birthday getaway

Property was as advertised- beautiful. Everything was like the photos. Good neighborhood and easy beach access. Golf cart made local travel easy. A few issues that required maintenance. Spiral staircase was problematic for some of the guests due to physical limitations. Host responded immediately to maintenance issues and had someone at the house to fix it within 30 minutes. Close to bay. Overall, it was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House in Indian Rocks Beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Azul Paradise! The heated pool and golf cart were big hits with our daughters. We also enjoyed the nearby playgrounds and nature preserve.

spacious home that allowed our two large dogs--could easily accommodate a family of 7 or 8. Appliances seemed mostly brand new, decor was lovely. Golf cart amazing.

WOLF FAMILY BEACH PARTY

Property was everything advertised. Pool and backyard were fantastic and great place to hang after a trip to the Beach. Golf cart was real handy to get around the local area and to the beach.Bedrooms were nice and accommodated our needs. Master bedroom was huge and bathroom-shower-tub was top notch. Putting green provided additional activity for all. I give it a 5 star rating!

This house was more perfect than we could have expected! Very clean, plenty of room and we were never bored. This home is gorgeous. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely be on our list of places to come back. Also we couldnt have chosen a better location!

Beautiful location

Nice home but not the best for small children; lots of stairs. This 3 story home has 3 bathrooms; 2 very small on the first floor and the master bath that is huge on the second floor. The problem was two of the bathrooms are on the first floor and the kids bunk-beds are on the 3rd floor. For anyone on the 3rd floor it's a hike to the bathroom at night. The master bath is beautiful in the pics but the shower does not function the best (seemed very old). The A/C's are run off the nest systems (3) and for over 16 hours we had no A/C on the main floor; and the system had to be serviced during our stay (it was a general maintenance issue - nothing was broke). We enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice.

Had a big oh wow when we first pulled up to the house. Our group was 3 couples and 1 additional friend. We had more than enough space for everyone. The pool is great for chilling and the beach is super close. Would absolutely book this again!

Not your basic Florida rental

This house, perfectly situated in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach, shops, and nature trail/playground, had so many fun features and surprises! It was a toss up between the golf cart, ping pong table, putting green, and fun pool as the kid’s’ favorite parts of the house. The master bedroom is huge - big enough for extra blow up beds, the 3rd floor bedroom was perfect for a group of kids- but not so much for adults since it lacked a bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for a large group, bar and outdoor table was great for dinner, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee. Tom, the owner, was extremely responsive when we called about a leak and he appreciated our feedback about the lack of a vacuum for us to use during our stay (so much sand w/ 7 kids). He went out and purchased one for the house for future guests. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and may even come back to it one day ourselves!

Great place

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located to everything and the golf cart is a huge perk. The pool was great especially being heated. The house manager was in great contact and willing to help should we need anything from the moment we booked until we left.

Great house for get together

Was a great place to catch up with friends, lots of space, close to many amenities, and the property manager was very responsive and nice. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Indian Rocks Beach area.

Amazing Vacation House!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! It's the perfect size for large groups to sleep comfortably. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. We spent more time outside than we did inside. I wish we could have stayed longer. The large kitchen was another highlight for us. We never felt cramped. I would definitely recommend this for your next vacation!
