Why rent the condo when you can stay in the comfort of your own private home with a heated pool. This newly renovated home ( in January 2023) situated across the street from the beach is the ideal paradise for your dream vacation.

The master suite contains a king bed, and a private full bath with a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom which contains bunk bed trundle ( twin, full, twin) and 52' TV .

The modern family room with a flat screen TV with satellite programming can be a nice gathering spot to retreat after a day full of sun and beach fun.

The big stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked and opens with double french doors to a recreation room with a dining table for 6 and a super comfortable couch with recliners on both sides. This is a perfect florida room with screens in the sliding doors that open to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors when you feel like staying of sun.

Outside you will find fencing surrounding the backyard for extra privacy, the heated & lit pool with a automatic cover ( child protection) and an extra outdoor restroom and shower. The tiled patio has a siting area, four sun beds and a gas grill.

In the attached garage we keep everything you need for a beach, as well as washer and dryer. Next to the garage is another outdoor shower so you never have to bring the sand from the beach to the pool and house.
Please note, house has a parking space for two cars - one in a garage one on driveway. It’s not easy to park in a neighborhood.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS; The Redington area offers wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. You can ride tourist trolley from St Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater.
The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores wild Bird Sanctuary, Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Miniature Gulf are just a few attractions luring kids off all ages. St Petersburg has weekly concerts, art shows as well as Salvador Dali Museum and world class night clubs.
Major theme parks; Disney Word, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away, Bush Gardens 45min, Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5h. Famous Miami 4h and Naples 2.5h drive.

As advertised

Clean spacious excellent location. The pool looks a little small when you first see it but it’s quite roomy once you hop in. The beach across the road was amazing. This entire week we was here when we went to beach we had it to ourselves. No one else within like 500 yards. One note that I didn’t pay attention to is there is only showers there no tubs. We made due fine but it is something I hadn’t realized. Would recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect location

We stayed with 2 families (1 family of 4 and 1 family of 3). It was the perfect size. The ocean access was directly across the street. The kids found hundreds of sand dollars and other various shells! Mini golf, shopping and restaurants within walking distance!

Time with Family

We gathered with our adult sons and daughters-in-law and our 2 yr old grandson, and had a wonderful stay! The house is very comfortable and is literally an easy few minutes' walk across the road from the beach. The backyard pool was truly a highlight, and we used it almost daily. The owners Ewa and Casey responded very quickly to any communications.

Redington Beach House near the Gulf

We stayed here for a short winter getaway while the kids were on a school break and before I have my busy season at work. The property was extremely clean with 3 nice size bedrooms, a spacy kitchen and dining area, along with a backyard patio that was modern and private. It is close to delicious local dining, activities for adults and kids, not to mention being a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sand and Gulf. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit it and the area again very soon.

Excellent stay. Beautiful Home at the Beach

This house was great. Exactly as described. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. The house was perfectly maintained. Everything we needed and the pool and pool area was enjoyed. We will definitely be back to this property.

Our Stay in Redington/Madeira Beach

My wife and kids (11 and 13) stayed at this house from Oct 23-27. The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the backyard and pool very much, and their bedrooms were perfect. They used all the pool toys and we did take the wagon, umbrella, etc. to the beach each day. The beach is very close, right across the street, but was not in great condition due to the recent hurricanes. There is so much damaged in the area, unfortunately, but there were plenty of restaurants and stores open that were appreciative of our business. We did drive up to Clearwater and down to St. Pete/Upham Beach which were in perfect condition. The area is getting back to normal more each week. I would absolutely recommend this house to any family and look forward to hopefully coming back when John's Pass and every in Mad Beach is up and running again.

Pros- nice house well equipped. Beach access basically right across the street. Cons- on a busy main rd., pool much smaller then pictured, with two cars parked one is blocked in the garage. Needs more furniture in the living room.

Perfect location

Excellent place for families! We just stayed here with a group of 4 adults and 2 infants. The house had SO many extras for kiddos including 2 pop-up cribs, a baby bouncer, high chair, and toys. The house was very clean inside, and plenty spacious enough for the 6 of us. We found ample kitchen supplies such as pots and pans. The real selling point are the water options (beach and pool): literally a 1-2 min walk to the beach. They also have lots of beach supplies including a wagon, 4 chairs, 2 body boards, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, and many floaties. Just FYI, you do have to cross a busy street to get there. Additionally, it was so wonderful to have the pool in the backyard. The infants could only take so much beach time, so it was nice to still have a water option back at the house. A bonus was the outdoor shower and toilet. Also, the patio surrounding the pool was large with many different seating/lounging options and a grill. I should note just a couple of things. As i said previously, the house is on a very busy street which could be difficult to back out of the driveway. I tried to always back into the driveway so I could could drive forward into the street when leaving. Also, a new house is being built next door which made for lots of construction noise while trying to relax in the pool. Not a huge deal but just FYI. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it others, especially families.

Best family vacation for a large family

This property is exactly as advertised! Beautiful home right across from the beach. Very nice pool and the perfect amount of space for my husband, five kids and I. Restaurants and shops close by so there was no to little driving to get anywhere. The Frog Pond and Sweet Sage were our favorite places to eat at for breakfast or brunch. John's pass boardwalk is near by. The beaches are very clean along with the property. Our family had an absolute best time and can't wait to come back again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation Home

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great time! The property is well equipped with everything you need. Our family loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach. Loved all the beach accessories that were provided as well!
