Parking • Park only in designated areas, including the driveway and garage (if applicable). • Do not block roads, neighbor driveways, or park in unauthorized spaces—violators may be towed at the guest’s expense. • Vehicles must not leak fluids. BBQ Grill • If a propane grill is provided, do not use charcoal in it. Doing so may incur cleaning or damage fees. ________________________________________ 6. Lost & Found • Left items will be held for 30 days. Guests must cover return shipping costs. Beggins Luxury Vacation Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items. ________________________________________ 12. Appliance Care • Do not use abrasive cleaners on stainless steel appliances. If needed, leave sticky spots for the cleaning team specialty products are used. ________________________________________ 13. Damage Policy & Waiver Guests are responsible for all damages beyond what is covered by the damage waiver. If any issues, accidents, or damages occur, report them immediately. Delayed reporting may result in full liability for additional damage or lost rental income. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself.
