You will enjoy the entire house with plenty of essentials. There are two washers and two dryers located in the garage laundry area.

Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful beach getaway! Enjoy a recently renovated private heated pool in a tropical oasis with updated outdoor space and yard games for all ages. Pool floats, towels, and beach chairs are provided. Perfectly located near top beaches: Clearwater Beach (7.5 mi), Indian Rocks Beach (6.3 mi), Belleair Beach (5.5 mi), and Madeira and Redington Beaches (9 mi).

The back yard is spacious and fenced with a tropical and private garden oasis feel! There are plenty of seating areas, outdoor dining, life size games, pool floats, and lounging areas.

All TVs are Roku Smart TVs with complimentary Roku streaming and live TV. A convenient guest mode feature, allows you to log into your personal streaming services hassle-free.
All login data is automatically erased at the end of your stay, ensuring your privacy and security.

Located in the heart of Largo, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches, including Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach.

Guests love the easy access to everything the area has to offer. You’re close to local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping, while still enjoying a quiet, residential setting. Whether you’re here for a beach getaway, a family vacation, or a longer stay, this location makes it easy to explore.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby parks, walking trails, and waterfront spots, while beachgoers can be on the sand in just a short drive. You’re also conveniently located near major roads, making it simple to get to downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, and surrounding areas.

We do not allow pets. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

You will have access to the entire house and full use of the private fenced yard, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and heated in-ground pool. There is a large driveway with off street parking. An additional two cars may park on the street. Overnight parking is allowed.

The house suite sleeps 10 comfortably, there are two twin sized roll away beds, three full sized beds, and one king sized.

We will provide a portable crib as well as a high chair upon your request at time of booking. Please ask in advance and we are happy to provide them.

We thoughtfully provide starter essentials for your stay, including:
• bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
• 6 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels
• trash bags
• Shampoo and basic toiletries
• Beach chairs
• 10 Bottled water

To help keep our nightly rates affordable, we do not supply beach umbrellas. If you anticipate needing additional items beyond the starter essentials, we recommend a quick stop at a nearby store to stock up for your stay.

Please also note- this is Florida- we have little gecko lizards which hop around. They are harmless.

There are occasional ants and bugs outside, as we live in a warm climate and all of this is to be expected when visiting paradise.
Pest control treats the house every three months in between stays and will spot treat if needed. You should not see any bugs in the home but please let us know if you do so we can remedy immediately. It’s Florida- bugs are quite common everywhere and we do our very best to keep them away.

There is a laundry room at the house including 2 washers and two dryers, along with starter essentials. We use wool dryer balls versus dryer sheets.

Kindly let us know if you will need a high chair, or play yard travel sized bed. We have these available for use.

Added housekeeping and laundry services are available with as added fee if requested during your stay.

Trash
Please place trash in the bins located at the side of the building. Please bring the trash bins to the curb on Monday evening and Thursday evening for next morning pick up.

Kitchen
Feel free to use anything in the kitchen. Basic items like salt, pepper, oil, and cookware are provided. Please clean up after use.

Laundry
Washer and dryer are available for your use. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Please clean the lint after each use. Basic laundry detergent is provided. Please provide your own if scent free dye free detergent is needed. You are responsible for any damages to the machines. Please do not overload the machines. We would hate to charge you for repair or replacement costs.

Thermostat
Please keep the thermostat between 68-78 to help maintain efficiency and avoid system issues.

House Rules
No smoking whatsoever on the entire premises. We do not allow parties or events
Please respect quiet hours: 8pm-8am

Before You Leave
We would hate to charge for additional cleaning fees.
Start dishwasher (if used)
Take out trash.
Place used towels in the shower areas.
Return items to where you found them
Wash dishes.
Leave the house as you found it in broom swept condition.
