Located just 6 minutes from stunning white sand beaches and centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is ideal for family vacations. With a private heated pool, spacious living areas, and plenty of outdoor space, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay.

The Space: This spacious home features a well-designed split bedroom layout and an open-concept living area that’s perfect for large families. Enjoy the comfort of a modern, fully equipped home while being just minutes from the best local beaches, restaurants, shops, and more.

This home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering privacy and peace while still being close to all the attractions you’ll want to explore.

Outdoor Space: The private backyard offers a heated pool, a two-person hammock, and plenty of room for lawn games—all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax on a lounge chair or enjoy the sun shelf in the pool, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Kitchen & Great Room: The large, fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and features an island with seating for six. A coffee bar is stocked with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, kettle, and Chemex. The kitchen overlooks the great room and pool, making it a perfect space for entertaining.

All-around AMAZING!

Nathan’s place was a true home away from home for us. His beautifully manicured property has all the amenities and supplies you could ever want while on vacation- from a baby pack-n-play to endless beach supplies to emergency toothbrushes, it has it all! We would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice vacation home

Stayed with family of 9 for a week over Spring Break. Home was just as described. We have vacationed at many different homes year after year and this one is top 2 or 3 for us. The home is very clean and provides you with everything you need. So many of the homes don’t supply you with much but this one had everything we needed. We appreciated that the owner didn’t have a ton of strict rules. I hope future renters respect the basic rules and take care of the home.
