Arriving at the property, you’ll find a long driveway with enough space to park an RV. The front door is accessible through the sunroom and is equipped with a WiFi-enabled smart lock for easy check-in.

Sunroom:

Bask in natural sunlight while enjoying a 55-inch flatscreen TV, classic board games, and lawn games like light-up corn hole and Giant Jenga. Our iconic red neon light proudly displays our name, adding a touch of vintage charm.

Laundry Room:

At the back of the sunroom, there is an enclosed laundry room with a washer and dryer. For added convenience, you’ll also find a handheld pet vacuum and a cordless vacuum cleaner (thank you in advance for cleaning excessive messes and/or spills during your stay!).

Living Room:

As you step into the home, you’ll enter a bright and spacious living room embracing the Mid-Century Modern style with lots of natural light. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock and Max on the 55” OLED LG TV on us!

Dining Room:

Connected to the living room is a sunken dining room, bathed in natural sunlight through three tall windows. Enjoy a lovely view of the backyard — and sometimes you might catch a glimpse of our neighbor's stunning custom-built sailboat, uncovered and shining brightly in the sunlight.

Breakfast Nook:

Our favorite spot inside the home! Step into the breakfast nook, where our spacious backyard greets you through a picturesque window. Enjoy artwork inspired by Italy while you grab a quick bite or sip your morning coffee.

Kitchen:

Across from the breakfast nook lies our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with smart Samsung stainless steel appliances and a smart fridge that can play music and set the vibe!

Basic oils & spices, a new dish sponge, and hand & dish soap are provided.

Backyard:

Our spacious backyard is perfect for kids and fur babies, with an abundance of trees and lovely sun loungers for relaxing. As the evening sets in, light up the smokeless fire pit for a cozy atmosphere and enjoy making delicious s'mores.

Side Patio:

Our side patio is adorned with charming plants and a stunning purple tree that occasionally blooms with beautiful flowers! Under the tree sits our cozy bistro table and chair set, perfect for relaxing & unwinding.

Next to the patio is our charcoal grill, perfect for roasting up your favorite meals.

Bedrooms:

Each of our 3 bedrooms is equipped with a memory foam queen mattress for ultimate comfort.

➤ Master Bedroom: Spacious w/ large windows for natural light. Includes a full-body mirror, luggage rack, and tall vintage dresser with deep drawers. Adjacent to ensuite bathroom.
➤ 2nd Bedroom: Boho bedroom w/ luggage rack, vanity mirror, and large dresser.
➤ 3rd Bedroom: Vinyls displayed on wall — feel free to use the red acoustic guitar & cajun drum. Book lovers will enjoy the well-stocked bookshelf. Includes a dedicated workspace w/ large executive desk and ergonomic office chair.

Bathrooms:

Perfectly placed between the bedrooms and the living space, you'll find the primary full bathroom with a bathtub. We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion.

The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom also includes complimentary robes & slippers for a truly luxurious stay.

➤ ACCESS/SECURITY:
The booker must stay for the entire reservation. Pets and guests must be registered. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
