This was such a cute beachy apartment! Stayed with my daughter for 8 days and had everything we needed for the beach since we flew in and couldn't bring beach items with us. Each apartment had multiple high end beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to tote it all down to the beach with. The back patio was also really nice with multiple table and chairs sets and grills. I was so happy that the bed was actually super comfortable and my daughter said the pull out was super comfy. We would love to stay here when we decide to visit Florida again!

Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great time. The beach is just a short walk across the street with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The hot tub was also very relaxing.

Nice clean safe rental just across the street from the beach. Excellent communication from property manager. 1/2 mile walk to restaurants / night life.

Overall VERY pleasant. Small but efficient and VERY clean. Would only suggest a little “TLC” for the grill.

Great Getaway!

My friend and I had a great girls trip! We rented bikes and rode to different restaurants each night. This area is the more quiet area of the beach and it was delightful! It was a short drive to Clearwater. The apartment was unbelievably close to the public beach entrance. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed!

Great location and quiet

The unit is in a great location, just walking steps away from Indian rock beach and a 10min walk to the local restaurants in town. We were looking for a quiet place away from the noise/congestion of Clearwater, and this fit the bill perfectly. When we wanted to head into Clearwater, it was a very short drive. The unit is clean and Kristen was very easy to communicate with.

Beach Vacation

Our experience at the Evolve apartment was great. There was more provisions provided then we expected. For example, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was a lot of kitchen supplies as well. The apartment was clean and tidy. This was a great value for the money. We will definitely us Evolve again for our next vacation.

Decent property. Very narrow to get to the unit. A couple of large live cockroaches, day 3. Stay interrupted by storm and flooding.

Great location

Very clean and secure place. Excellent proximity to beach. The bed was very comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and prompt. The unit is small - was fine for my husband & me but would not recommend for a larger group/family. The water pressure was low. About 1/2 mile walk to restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a couple wanting to enjoy the beach each day.

Great location!

Sadly it was very cold during our visit. No heat at apartent (AC works and for most visits thats all you need). Wifi .. needed network key (could have been my issue), bottom line only PW provided, unable to provide network key. Jacuzzi great (but had to be serviced). Bottom line, apartment small, but well equipped. Loved jacuzzi! Perfect location, even without car. Kristin was very helpful and responsive. Just a bad month for Fl with super cool temps. I would rent again in warmer months. The back patio was well equipped!

Cute place

We had a wonderful time here. The location is great. The beach is only a 5 min walk. Great food choices within walking distance as well. The place is super cute and perfect for a couple. The air conditioning also really works which can be an issue at other places. Rental agency is on top of it and highly responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice, quiet area. A few eateries within walking distance. Easy drive to Clearwater and Treasure Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, perfect place!

This unit was perfect! The location on the strip was wonderful to get to and from everywhere. Kristin was friendly and very easy to communicate with. Love it here! Will hopefully be back next year! Indian rocks beach access is closer than it appears.. and very private. Loved!
