We’re excited to share that 360 Beach has been beautifully renovated and is ready to welcome guests again! After the substantial damage from Hurricane Helene, we took the opportunity to not only restore but also enhance our space to ensure your stay is as comfortable and memorable as possible.
From fresh updates to thoughtful touches, every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or create lasting memories, we can’t wait to host you in our newly refreshed space.

Experience the vibrant charm of our themed 1-bedroom vacation unit, Fiesta Siesta! ideal for a weekend escape or a retreat from the winter chill. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation. Whether unwinding on the plush sectional sofa, watching TV, or enjoying a candlelit dinner at the table with your partner, every moment exudes a vacation ambiance.

Our closed-in, private gated yard is a haven for families, ensuring a secure space for children to play freely. Bask in the sun, engage in a friendly game of cornhole, or rinse off the beach sand under the refreshing outdoor shower. This is Florida fun at its finest. As evening falls, the yard transforms into a magical space, illuminated for a night around the large picnic table, creating a serene setting amid the great Florida evenings.

A wonderful clean place to stay

We loved being walking distance of great restaurants, a bike ride away from the beach and enjoyed dinners at home with a patio and outdoor grill.

Husband and wife getaway vacation

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very relaxing and peaceful staying there. It was in close proximity to beaches and not far away from some great restaurants if you have a car. We would definitely come and stay again for a future stay. 😊

Close to beaches and boating.

Good location if you have a boat. A marina nearby that has boat storage. We enjoyed having a kitchen. Good Italian restaurants on every corner.

Peaceful Getaway

This property was amazing! My boyfriend and I loved the privacy the property offers. Our favorite part was the bikes. The apartment was clean, decorative and comfortable! So close to restaurants and beach. What a peaceful getaway! Definitely will stay here again with friends!

Cute & trendy

The place was super sweet! Easy access in an Uber to places but not much to walk to! Some of the utensils were lacking I.e. wine bottle opener. The pull out couch was large enough for 3 which was nice! Nice shower, provided beach towels & chairs. More towels for bathing would be nice but we had a great stay!

Re-Scheduled Spring Break Trip to St. Pete Beach

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Shaun's property in St. Pete Beach. We had a couple of things we wanted to let other visitors know. First, the VRBO is not within walking distance of many shops/tourist-related things. Many of the tourist things are located up the road on Gulf Blvd (bike-ridable, but not an easy walk). If you feel like walking, the neighborhood where the VRBO is located is ok, but a little seedy. As 20-somethings, Ed and I were ok with walking places, but I would not recommend walking from the VRBO after dark very often if you can manage it, especially if you have young kids. Ed and I were a bit surprised by the neighborhood, and its overall proximity to things. However, the proximity to the beach was a short bike ride away and the part of the beach nearby was beautiful. If we came again, Ed and I would most definitely have a rental car (we did not this past time). Lastly, the apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen to make our breakfasts and lunches. We only wished we would have had more shower towels for a 4-5 day stay, and we did have to ask for a refill of hand soap in the apartment. We greatly appreciate being able to explore St. Pete Beach for the first time through staying in Shaun's apartment!

I kept looking at this place online and am so glad I booked it for our trip! It's close to the beach, community center with a pool, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market on Corey Ave was a great way to start off our day. Thanks for a great stay in St. Pete Beach!

Super cute condo and stay in St. Pete Beach

Great little condo and property loved staying here. Bikes available for use, bars, and restaurants close by ... we biked to the beach it was easy peasy!
