The Space:

The flow between indoor and outdoor spaces feels effortless, giving you room to lounge by the private pool, challenge friends in the game room, or simply unwind with a book in a quiet corner. Every detail is arranged for relaxed together‑time, whether you’re gathering for a meal, a game, or a sunset by the fire pit.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for up to ten guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, includes 1 King Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, offers 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bedroom 4, Color circle, includes 1 Queen Bed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The main living area offers flexible seating for both lively group moments and quieter evenings. A TV and dedicated workspace keep you connected, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans maintain a pleasant temperature year‑round. The game room adds extra fun with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all opening onto the backyard view.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances gives you space to prepare meals, and the adjacent dining area lets dishes flow naturally from cooking to conversation. A washer, dryer, and smart lock simplify longer stays, and high‑speed wifi supports work and play.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a fenced backyard centered on a private pool with optional heating. A fire pit, putting green, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge create multiple ways to enjoy Clearwater’s warm climate. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided, along with a pack‑n‑play/travel crib and a high chair for families. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions without extra fees.

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
