We cater to families! Come and enjoy the ultimate relaxing family vacation! The home includes a heated salt water pool, 2 clear kayaks, 1 clear paddleboard, a private dock, bikes, and a 6 person golf cart. In addition, the home is equipped with everything you need to care for the little ones! A pack n play, portable crib, high chair, stroller, and countless toys and games are ready for the kids! This home will also come with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, a beach wagon, and sand toys too!

Our home is a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico on a family friendly beach in Indian Rocks. This home has 4 bedrooms that contain 3 king and 2 queen beds all with premium mattresses. The upstairs contains 2 bedrooms and the main floor has the other 2. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms as well. The upstairs master bedroom opens to a balcony with gorgeous views of the intracoastal and pool. This area is perfect to watch the dolphins frolic from. Dolphins are a regular in our backyard! The main level has an open concept living room/kitchen combo. The kitchen is fully equipped to make incredible meals at home! This level opens to a screened in porch that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee from while watching the sunrise! There is also a washer/dryer available to make laundry done with ease! The backyard contains a heated salt water pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and patio furniture, as well as a gas grill. You can drive the street legal 6 person golf cart around anywhere in Indian Rocks Beach! (You must be 18 with a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart.) To add to your fun, there are 3 clear kayaks and a clear paddleboard to utilize in the intracoastal for the ultimate sea life observation experience! All linens, beach towels, life jackets, puddle jumpers for the kids, and a baby float are included too! This home is located across a quiet street from the park! Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well! Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive, Clearwater is 10 minutes, and Orlando about 2 hours away!
Important to note: We do not rent to anyone under 25. There are no pets or smoking on the premises. There are no parties allowed on the premises as well, including bachelor/bachelorette parties. This policy will be strictly enforced. In addition, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am and are also enforced by IRB regulations. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. We rent for a minimum of 4 days.

The place was perfect for.for five old guys It was so good that we hardly left the house We walked to the beach but decided the pool was our better option. We were going to do the kayak but were to lazy. This was a VERY relaxing vacation The only negative we all had was that was we spent most of our time down at the pool and when we had to go to the bathroom we.had to go up the not very good stairs

We had a great time at this house for our Christmas Vacation! The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable and all the cookware, appliances and amenities were in great condition. They even provided a rack of k-pods for the individual coffee maker and a fresh bag of coffee for the coffee pot to use. Aluminum foil,saran wrap,sandwich bags,a first aid kit and tons of extras. Also to note,the 3rd floor deck and 2nd floor deck area has been totally redone and is beautiful. The outdoor furniture for these 2 areas is comfortable and perfect too.They have replaced the great room furniture with 2 leather reclining couches.Our family fished off the back docks, used the pool and hot tub daily and went to the beach everyday. The golf cart was great and our 4 grandsons loved the bicycles provided and the park just a few steps away from the house! The weather was fabulous and we had a wonderful vacation and stay! You will not be disappointed with this house! It has everything and is close to everything! There are also tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We all look forward to coming back again soon!

We absolutely loved the house and will probably book again. It was spotless and had everything. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Many comfy areas to sit. Most of all, very kid friendly! Toys, beach chairs, wagon, strollers, bikes, life jackets....and more. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful family Experience

The house was perfect for our family, ages 2 to 74. The layout was great! the pool was wonderful! The view was awesome! The beach and restaurants were very nearby. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, plus fishing supplies and kayaks for our use. The golf cart was fun and convenient. It was a wonderful vacation get-away for our family of 8!

Wonderful beach getaway

We loved everything about this house. The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was amazing. My boys loved having basketball courts just across the street. The house had absolutely everything we needed, whether it was extra towels, beach gear, or kitchen supplies. The area was quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. We're already talking about our next trip back.

Spring Break in Indian Rocks Beach

Our family has been spending spring break in Indian Rocks Beach for years. This place was perfectly located for easy walks to restaurants and the beach, but the relaxing back yard made it tough to leave some days. The house is in great shape, was well stocked and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a great week!

Beach vacation

Bay in back with boat dock for fishing and we took our sea doo. One block walk to the beach. This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy both the beach and the bay.

Great house that comes with lots of amenities! The owners are very responsive and kind, anything you need they will help you out! The amount of towels, beach equipment/accessories, toiletries and kitchen utensils provided were great. Added bonus being so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We will be back!

Everything was amazing! The location of the house was great! Just a short golf cart ride to anything you could need. Lots of places to eat, drink and only 30 seconds to the beach! The setup of the house was great for a big family or multiple families. The pool was perfect. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive.

Great stay in a fabulous area

We had a wonderful 4-night stay with family. The home/pool are wonderful and amenities (kayak/stand up paddle board/dock with fishing/beach supplies) are plentiful. IRB is a nice community and location couldn't be better - with a very short walk to a great beach and fun restaurants. The home, location, and especially the electric golf cart were an absolute joy for all ages (6-80 years).

Precious week with the Family

The home is large enough to accommodate our family of 10. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub and beach just a short walk away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Everything included in the home to make a week at the beach a magical experience for your family.

Family Fun for All Ages

We were extremely happy with this house. The beach is a 2 min walk. We had cooler temps, but running back to a warm pool and hot tub was a hit! Not all rentals will keep the pool really warm. The beds were all comfy. Tons of beach towels’ We had lots of little ones with us, and we were grateful to have great restaurants within walking distance. Bob and Marci were very good at checking in. They provide so many fun things and the neighborhood is very safe. If you don’t have a blast here, it's your own fault! Thanks so much Bob and Marci!

Great Stay!

Beautiful house, great location. Short walk down the street to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants to enjoy within walking distance or cart distance. Always nice to have a pool. The house had everything needed and it was very helpful they had baby items such as monitor, crib and stroller! Would definitely recommend the place and would stay again. Responded to messages in a very timely manner and were extremely helpful!

Everything you need!

The perfect destination for us as we flew in from out of town. Golf cart to get around and a generous amount of starter supplies. Had fun fishing off the dock, a quick drive to the beach and relaxing in the pool.

Great location

We loved having the bay just outside the back door and having the beech as well as several shops and good places to eat in walking distance. The house has plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. We were impressed how well provisioned the place was. Soap and shampoo was supplied in every shower. There were plenty of towels. The garage was full of beach equipment and fishing equipment. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and detergent. There was even coffee and spices. Plent of cookware. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Family Tides is perfection

We had the most wonderful family vacation at Family Tides!! The home is absolutely amazing throughout. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The owners have thought of everything that you could ever possibly need to have a great time down to the most minute details! We came for the beach but didn’t leave the house for the first two days. There is so much room for everyone. We loved the screened in porch and upper deck and my kids even loved sleeping out there. And there is so much to do! We loved the pool area and hot tub, paddle boarding, kayaking and would see dolphins and manatees daily in the bay. We cooked out every night which was so nice. There are also so many restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. Easy for ordering out. The beach is one block away and just beautiful with breathtaking sunsets at night perfect for family pics. The owners provided everything you could need for a great day at the beach. We loved the golf cart for nightly trips for ice cream. The park across the street was so nice for a pick up game of basketball and playground with swings for my 8 month grandson. The owners are so nice and gracious, immediately answering any questions we had. Just one warning…once you stay here, you will NOT want to leave ! We are already planning our next trip back !
