Private Home with Heated Pool!

  • Summary:

    Endless Summer is the house for exactly that! Endless fun, endless joy, endless family memories……. I recently just finished this gem to be everything a beach house should be. Light, fresh, fun, and located walking distance to the beach. Plus all the little beachy items you need. A beach cart, beach chairs, toys to play with. Did I mention a private pool? Yep for only you and your guests. Heated to 80 degrees to enjoy on days that it’s a bit chilly to hop in the Ocean.

    The Space:

    We designed the interior to be beachy, fresh, and clean. The space was remodeled to enjoy comfortable time in the AC, with outdoor space gather round playing games and making memories, all right near the beach!



    The property has large beds only! I have stayed too many times cramped in a bed smaller than a queen so we have two queen beds, and a king bed in the master bedroom.



    The kitchen is packed full of any cooking item you need, with larger pots/pans to easily create a larger meal for all hungry guests. Plus there's a beach cart, beach chairs, to get you toes in the sand quick and easy!



    The Neighborhood:

    THE BEST - I have been vacationing to beaches since I was 5 years old. I can tell you that after spending weeks and weeks of my life at the beach; Indian Rocks Beach is the best I've found. After 35 years of traveling to beaches I picked IRB and finally bought a beach home for our family to enjoy for years to come. Easy smooth warm beach swimming, fun unique dining, lots and lots to do all over - get here as soon as you can to experience it yourself........ We love it so much we are moving our family to be here in 2023 to truly live Endless Summer......



    Getting Around:

    FEET FIRST - your toes will be in the gulf in under a five minute walk. Plus you can walk to the inter-coastal side in the same time. Hungry? There are several restaurants within a several minute walk also



    Other Things to Note:

    We have the beach items handled. 6 beach towels are in the hall closet. Plus theres a beach cart and beach chairs that you can wheel right to your beach spot with all your beach gear.



    We are a family of 6 and will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.



    THERE IS NO SMOKING OR VAPING AT ALL

    NO PETS ARE ALLOWED



    If you are smoking in the space or bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately

We loved our stay here! The two parks nearby were great for the kiddos! The beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. We fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach & can't wait to return!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a great place to be with the family. The owner has thought of everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely to have our own pool.Short stroll to the beautiful beach and restaurants.

Great property with all the amenities you would need at a house - kitchen/cooking/dining supplies, pool and beach accessories, and there's even a stroller and pack and play. Access and communication with the owner was flawless, and it's in easy walking distance to the beach, cafés, shopping, and restaurants.

Caleb was a great host and was quick to answer any questions I had. The place was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The best part was the location. It is close to beach access, parks, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place, in a great location.

Endless Summer

This house is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. It was clean and had all of the amenities you can think of. We enjoyed the pool area and grilled out several times throughout our stay. The host also responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Friendly Getaway

The property was clean and well supplied for our stay. The best part, for us, was the location. We could walk with our 9 month old to the beach and 2 parks in juat a few blocks. The streets were slow and safe. Our daughter also loves swimming so having a private pool with a controlled temperature was a big hit for us! When it felt a little colder than anticipated, our host quickly got someone over to inspect the pool and who helped get the heater to kick into gear so we could enjoy it as a family. It was also a great location for quick day trips.to the zoo, aquariums, or even Disney! We have already recommended it to friends!I only complaint was that there was sometimes a delay in response from the host, but when we heard back answers were informative and actionable.

Beautiful Spot

What a beautiful spot Caleb has! The house was spotless and lots of space for adults and kids. We spent each morning out on the front patio drinking our coffee and having breakfast. The front deck has shade most of the afternoon while the pool is full sun- we loved having the option to get a bit of shade mid afternoon.The beach is so beautiful and a short, flat 6 minute walk away… sunsets are gorgeous down there. Groove Cafe is a must stop on the way to the beach. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with a few playgrounds within 2 minute walk! We can’t wait to come back again! The beds were AMAZING like Caleb mentions on the listing. My 7 month old has been waking every 1-2 hours for the last 6 weeks and the first night here she slept for 8.5 hours!! If That dosen’t sell you on the beds nothing will!
