Cozy private studio with own fenced yard-3 miles from Beach

Come and relax at this peaceful cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom private master room with own entrance and backyard! This apartment is separated from our house and it is completely private. You can enjoy the outdoors at your private fully fenced yard. The yard has artificial grass and the table for four. Our home is located right behind the Pinellas Trail and close to shopping and restaurants.
It is a short 8-10 minutes drive from Indian Shores or Madeira Beach/John’s Pass Village.

Your cozy studio room is completely private, you do not share a room nor bathroom with anyone else. It has a queen size bed. It is a master bedroom and bathroom separated from our house. It has it's own private entrance, own driveway and a private fully fenced backyard.

You can park on the smaller driveway, located on the right side of the property. Park your car on your driveway and go through the white vinyl fence gate. Your private entrance is located through your backyard.
