About this space
This cozy and well-equipped studio is perfect for a couple or a single traveler. The space features a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, allowing you to cook your favorite meals right at home. The living area is designed for comfort, with both heating and AC to ensure the space is comfortable year-round. The studio's layout combines the bed and kitchen area into a single, open space, with a recently remodeled bathroom just steps away—a feature that has quickly become a guest favorite.
Guest Access
You'll have a dedicated parking space, and from there, you can enter through the garden gate. As you walk through the lush little oasis, you'll find the studio nestled at the back of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including a dog park and outdoor seating areas. If you have visitors, they can park on the street. The unit features keyless entry, with a code provided on the day of your arrival. A few steps lead up to a charming small deck area, which opens into the studio. This unit is completely separate from the other units on the property.
The studio is centrally located in the St. Petersburg area. You're just 10 minutes from the vibrant bars and museums of downtown St. Petersburg and only a 20-minute drive to the pristine beaches of The Burg. With easy access to I-275 North, Tampa International Airport and Clearwater Airport are both within convenient reach. You'll also find shopping centers and local shops just minutes away.
Other things to note
This private studio is part of a small complex that includes both long-term rentals and other units available for short and mid-term stays. Guests often enjoy chatting with their neighbors about the day's adventures or exchanging recommendations for must-visit spots in the amazing St. Pete area.
Pets: We're a dog-friendly complex with an on-site pet area. Please note that we have certain breed restrictions due to our insurance policy.
For our mid-term guests, a lease will be signed for the duration of your stay. Depending on the length of your stay, county and city taxes may apply to the monthly rent.
