Bugs and Critters:

Please be aware that this is Florida. Leaving doors and windows open may result in bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, frogs and/or cockroaches entering the house. We do have a quarterly pest service in place. However, we do not give a refund for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property.



• Absolutely NO SMOKING INDOORS! This includes vaping and e‑cigarettes.

• No parties.

• No glass to be used by the pool area.

• No diving, running, or rough play around the pool. Swim at your own risk!

• This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

• The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guest's use of the property's amenities.
