Comfortable Spanish style house, great location!

This spacious home has comfortable furniture, wood floors, an office, ceiling fans, laundry, dishwasher, bikes, fenced patio area with a grill in the back and open porch in the front. It's also nicely decorated. The location is very central in a historic neighborhood close to the hip Grand Central district, with easy access to downtown and the beaches. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. You will love the feel of this beautiful historic house.

This was a perfect location for us and so comforting and peaceful. It was pretty equal distance between downtown and a relatives house. Great smelling and just charming. Had everything we needed.

Great spot in Historic Kenwood

Safe, comfortable, walkable neighborhood. Well appointed and designed VRBO space. Perfect place from which to visit St Petersburg. Came for a few days of golf and baseball and found much more.

Great Home in Wonderful Location

This house was exactly as described and had all the comforts you need away from home. Everything was clean and in good working order. Nice touches were the automatic nightlights and the filtered water in the fridge. We hope to come back and stay again soon!

Beautiful neighborhood. Close to the stadium and downtown. Cleanness could be improved at the double bed bedroom and bathroom. Nice filtered water in the fridge.

Great Place (Read First Before Booking)

Hello! So my family and I booked this place to be near my mom for the holidays. Let’s go Pros and Cons. Pros: Its in historic Kenwood, which has a pretty progressive downtown area that still operates most shops and restaraunts. The shops are 5 minutes by car, maybe 20-30 mins by walking. The house is spacious, and well furnished. The beds were super comfortable as well as the sofa. The kitchen came well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. The house is old, old (like 1930,40 ish) so it has a nice old house charm, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. CONS: The house is ooollldddd, so if you don’t like old houses this isn’t for you, but like I said, you wouldn’t know it was old unless you researched, it’s super maintained. Really low water pressure in the shower and washing machine, but everything heats up just fine. The back patio looks as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while, but once cleaned up it’d be an awesome place for a barbecue. They did have a charcoal and gas grill, the gas grill hadn’t been cleaned and there were Roaches in it. The animals skin rugs all over the house were kinda gross.

Quaint, Cozy House/Neighborhood

Chose this place because it was close to downtown but more affordable price. The house was well-described. Cozy, comfortable, well-maintained in a nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We wanted something different than the beach experience and we were not disappointed.
