Welcome to Cactus Cove Oasis, your serene retreat in Clearwater, Florida. This spacious and centrally located home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and remote workers. With four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, our property can accommodate up to nine guests.

Kayak Access:
As a special feature, we offer complimentary kayaks for our guests to use throughout their stay. This means you have the freedom to explore the nearby waters without the hassle and expense of renting kayaks for just a day or two. Enjoy the convenience and savings of having kayaks included in the price of your stay, allowing for spontaneous and extended paddling adventures.

You have rights to use all areas of the property’s except the garage/car port. Behind the fence in the backyard is a river you can fish in which you are also welcome to do.

Wifi is located inside the frame above light switches in living room near the kitchen.

Tips:
- Sometimes it helps to pull the front door when it is unlocking
- The living room tv has lighting behind it. There is a control switch behind the right side of the tv.
- If you have any issues with the mini split remote, click the star as our favorite setting for sleeping and staying cool throughout the day
- 3 out of 4 rooms have desks for working. Help yourself and feel free to move the monitor onto any of the desks.
- The walls can feel rough so please be conscious when playing near them.
- The barn door has magnets to hold it open or closed. The magnet is on the bottom right corner of the door.
- There are motion lights on the front and back porch, as well as in the kitchen under the sink. If they are dead, feel free to charge them to be able to enhance your stay. They all charge with standard USB-C chargers.
