The open fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and bar seating for gathering around meals. Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. We went for spring training baseball the property was like 20 minutes from ballpark, 5 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and maybe 20 to Clearwater Beach. There is also tons of stuff in the immediate area of the home. Shopping, coffee, more bars and restaurants. Super easy to get whatever you need or want. Communication with property owner was great and he was super responsive. Great experience.

The home was great! My family stayed for the week and we had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Quiet neighborhood and would recommend to any other family looking for a place to stay close to the beach.

Our party could not have been more delighted with our stay! We were two families with a total of 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking up breakfast or a feast. And, of course, the pool was the absolute highlight. Our kids were in it 3-4 times each day and could not have had more fun. We were 5 - 15 minutes from the beach, awesome seafood restaurants, the botanical garden, and great playgrounds. Rcik was an excellent host. A breeze to communicate with and incredibly informative. Loved staying here and can't wait to go back!

The home is situated in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Great Herons and other native birds just roam the neighborhood. With the Largo Golf Course just minutes away and IRB with beaches and restaurants just over the bridge. We really enjoyed the pool. With the cold snap just before our arrival, the pool water was quite cold. But Rick came right over and turned the heat up. Rick was always just a phone call away. The home itself is nice and has so much potential to be very nice. I would have given 5 stars but there were several things within the home that were not working. Lamps without lightbulbs, remotes without batteries, bikes in need of repair, dishwasher detergent door missing, bedroom blinds not functioning. We could have used another lounger pool side but as promised the pool floats were fantastic. All in all the home has everything you need. We were there 3 weeks and had everything to make meals at home. We go somewhere different every winter but I would strongly consider coming back to this home.

Golf trip

The overall property and stay were great. The only thing is the 4th bedroom was not as expected but was not a problem. The location being 1.5 miles from IRB was fantastic, and also central to Publix and other shops. Would definitely rent again.

As comfortable as our own home

This house was really perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, was in a quiet and safe location, and the pool was amazing! Rick was a very accommodating host. When we did have questions he responded right away. We have been to IRB several times but this has been the best property so far. We plan on coming back!

Excellent Vacation Homebase

The house met all our expectations: clean, neat, organized, open floor plan with great family meeting space, and accurate and timely instructions! A TV in every room. The pool was spacious, with plenty of pool toys used by the grand children. Home was close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, very convenient! We would highly recommend this property!

If you’re debating between this rental and another, pick this one. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the layout and the pool area. Communication with Rick was great. He responded right away with any questions. The location is minutes from everything.

Great family time

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. Very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful pool. Loved that it had everything needed for the pool and beach. Convenient location to stores and a very quick drive to the beach. Host was always quick to response to questions we had before our trip, no issues during our stay, but I’m positive if we did it would be taken care of quickly. Definitely would come back! Great house and location

This is very nice house with a wonderful lanai and pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It is maintained by a wonderful property manager by the name of Rick Boureau who was incredibly responsive to our every request and very personable as well.

Florida Family Trip 2023

Good neighborhood; felt safe and tucked in. More recent updates in the house were a nice touch. Comfy living room couch, the newer pool was wonderful and loved the patio area seating/tv area for lounging and swimming. Decent kitchen and updated baths. Loved the back yard palms lighted up…gave things a resort feel. The manager Rick is a superstar! Was quick to respond to any questions and when some hiccups came up, he showed up and worked until everything was squared away 100%. Master bedroom mattress was hard on the back, kitchen could use a few new items like pans and baking sheets.
