What a great little gem! If you’re looking for a place as a couple or small family, I highly recommend! Great location in my favorite town IRB!Super comfy beds, updated bathroom with great waterfall shower head and everything basic that you need.Generously stocked with beach chairs, towels and a few extra amenities! Pickleball courts across the street along with a nice park.Very quiet and very safe!!All the local favorite places walkable! Beautiful beach 1 block away! Highly recommend - Mark was a great host!

Cute, clean house and very close walking distance to beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Host was great with communication. A last minute change in plans left us needing to find a place to stay on very short notice and I am pleased that we chose this property.

Location was fine. Communication was good. Overall the house could use some TLC. Walls need fresh paint. Curtains are only one panel - not wide enough to cover the window (and all windows are ground floor where passersby can see in. Curtains in living area actually look like shower curtain panels. No curtain at all on kitchen window - we hung beach towels all around so people couldn’t see in at night. No wall decor - just holes where it used to be. Water pressure at bathroom sink was very low. Place was clean, just needs work.

The owner lied about the number of bathrooms when I asked, didn’t provide much in the kitchen, had to even write to ask for the bare minimum of amenities for the kitchen, the beach umbrellas and chairs were broken and when we asked for an extra hour to checkout he called and yelled at my friend and I. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had with another adult, let alone a host. Very disappointed in this stay. The location was great but the man was violently rude over the phone and made me feel creeped out. I suggest you stay somewhere else if you want hospitality on your vacation.

Nice little house. Was perfect for us and loved the short walk to the beach. Also several restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to check out Keegans Seafood. Excellent!! Be sure to try their Key Lime Pie!!!Also Guppys! Excellent seafood.

Property was small but perfect for a few day stay. Had everything we needed! Towels, pots, shampoo. You name it. Was nice to not have to worry about anything while we was there! Super close to the beach. Easy acess. Close to shops. We love Indian Rocks!

Great family vacation

The check in process so so easy, Mark sent us the info and it went so smoothly parking and getting unloaded. All we needed to worry about was getting some snack food and what we wanted to drink. The location is right across from tennis/ pickleball courts, basketball courts, play ground, and skate park. City Hall is right there, the library, and an Art Center. You can walk to a couple of restaurants, a strip mall and to the beach. You have a lot of things you can do because of where the house is located. The house was very clean, there were towels, blankets, pillows, and throw blankets. We brought our dog and cat and they didn’t have any problems enjoyed the neighborhood as well. The floors and baseboards are very clean as well as the rest of the house. We really enjoyed about our stay at the beach house.

Good find!

Our regular annual IRB rental unavailable due to storm damage. Mark’s place was a lucky find. Excellent proximity to the beach - including the pedestrian crosswalk - as well as restaurants. The house was freshly renovated and spotless. A great place for a couple plus one!

Quiet stay

The house was clean, and most of the interior was new and renovated. However, the outdoor chairs need cleaning (we did this ourselves), and there are only three chairs available. For a beach house, we missed having beach chairs; there was only one available, but it would be nice to have at least four for a family rental.Communication with the host was a bit challenging. We received the door code only two hours before our arrival, and that was only because we asked for it. Additionally, the Wi-Fi code we were given was incorrect, and it took hours to get a response when we inquired about it.Overall, we had a nice time!

Clean - 300 steps from the beach

Very clean -nice pickle ball courts across the road if you play - quiet neighborhood with people walking every morning- when you walk back from the beach a shower (and foot shower) in the back patio before you enter the side door is a nice touch - washer and dryer in the back building- very clean with A/C heater units in each so you can control your sleeping temperature- very were very quiet and efficient- definitely will stay again

A little disappointing.

The house was a lot smaller than it looked online. No dressers in the bedrooms. I don’t think you could fit one in them anyway. We lived out of our suitcases for the week. And no central AC. And no outlet in the bathroom. Had a great time, it was very clean. But not worth 2,300 dollars. But we made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves.

So close to the beach and what a charming home

To begin with, I really believe the best part is the three minute; three block walk to the beach. Love that the house has an outdoor shower and foot wash for when you get back from the beach. This house has everything you need and everything inside is remodeled, updated in brand new. If you are traveling with children, there is a cute little park adjacent to the house. Loved the accessibility to a washer and dryer, even though it was outside in the shed. It was great to have that amenity. There is a plenty of outdoor space and seating. I liked having a driveway to park my car. We didn’t have any problems with check-in or communicating with the rental company. I would definitely come back and rent this adorable beach cottage.

Great location

The house is in a great location steps from the beach access, restaurants in walking distance. A park across the street in a very nice and secure neighborhood. The area is quiet and beach is not overly crowded. The house is small but tidy and quaint. Older with minimal luxury but nicely remodeled, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Great outdoor area too. Very much enjoyed this place.
