The ground level features a private driveway with parking for 2-3 vehicles (depending on size), and an outdoor deck area with a pool. Heating is recommended from November to April but is optional. The pool deck is equipped with a table and seating, an outdoor gas grill, and a private beach access path leading directly to the sand.

The large, open living room features oversized, comfy furniture perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, and a spacious attached bathroom complete with standalone tub, walk in shower and dual sinks.
