WATER SPORTS – Paddle Boards (2), Kayak (2 person) that you can take off the dock in your back yard. No need to rent and be on their schedule.
We also provide pool toys fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels, beach tent and 2 carts to bring everything to the beach. All for free. Jet ski rental is a 2 min walk away.

UNLIMITED HOT WATER – All 16 guests can take a hot shower! All 3 showers stay hot at the same time. This eliminates the challenge of having a large group getting ready to go out. If you have a larger group, you will definitely appreciate all the hot water!

FULLY UPGRADED – This house was recently renovated and has all you will need including 2 75” 4K Smart TVs and 4 55” Smart TV’s and 1 Smart Projector.

POOL TABLE – Want to party at home. Play some pool in the large TV/Game area.

AIR PURIFIER – We care about your safety and have a Hathaspace Air purifier to reduce airborne pathogens.

SECURITY – Each guest gets their own UNIQUE access code which expires when they leave. Cameras are also in place outside for your safety.
