The Space:

⚠️ NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance.



🛗NOTE TO GUESTS: Elevators cannot be called to the ground floor. You will need to go to another floor to call the elevator. Door will close very slowly, and you may need to assist in closing it. Parts are not in stock and it will be next week before they can be repaired.

For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.

PLEASE NOTE:

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
