Short stay

I’m familiar with the property, me and my friends stayed in building 10 last time and it was great. I was not excepting no kitchen sink and the dishes provided for us to not be up to health code I do not remember that part. Compared to room 10 building 8 was so tiny and we do not appreciate being rushed out after not being able to check in until 4. At 10:09 AM the cleaning guy barged in I apologized for being behind I just assumed because it was our responsibility as guest to do most of the cleaning anyway it shouldn’t be a problem… considering check in is at 4 no earlier. As I was getting our car loaded after taking out the trash and doing our dishes In the bathroom sink, the same man barged in again on my changing friend it was 10:19. I wouldve never chose to stay here if I knew that checkout was at 10 am to my knowledge the average Vrbo checkout time is 11 am. Overall I will not be coming back and I do not appreciate the check out sign not being respected the check out signs are there for a reason and I am a paying customer. that was completely inappropriate and definitely could’ve been handled way better.

Excellent place to stay on Treasure Island

Room just a described. I will book my future trip here, what a gem. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking availability was perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Walkable location

Good location for easy walking or quick Uber to anywhere. Definitely check out "Crabbys by the Pass", the food, drink & service was great. The overall Community was quiet. Parking was easy. Check-in & out was a breeze. The bed was comfortable. The wall A/C worked well, but noisy as they all are. My 2 complaints are safety related - there are lots of exterior wall & stair lights, but they were never on in the early morning so the walkways & stairs were at blackout conditions & very dangerous pre sun-up. I slipped & fell down the top step leaving the second floor. They are also carpeted making them slippery. The 2nd dangerous element are the wall hung wood shelves going into & out of the narrow bathroom door, because of their placement they are at head height & shoulder height.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves! The place was clean, bright and beautiful and better yet it was right across the street from the beach and we really loved that. We will be and hoping to book with BBR again in the near future

Loved!

This place was EXTREMELY clean!!! Lots of beach chairs/toys/umbrellas to borrow. Plenty of beach accesses across the street from the property. Only complaint was the water (sink and shower) had a pretty strong sewage smell. Not sure if the property owners have anything to do with this but that would be the only complaint.. Other than that the place was great!

Weekend stay at BBR

What a nice little place to stay for the weekend. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Very easy check In and great communication. Lots to see and do there too. Very secure and safe location. Will definitely co aider staying g there again

Great stay

We had all we needed for a great stay in a good location across the street from a very nice beach with a boardwalk. Staff were friendly, helpful and supplies were plentiful and accessible. Bathroom facilities were clean, lots of towels, supplies, and coffee provided. TV with Netflix and wifi provided. The unit was small, however without good seating. Overall, the experience was positive.

Perfect Little Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet little getaway. Our room was clean, all amenities were as expected, it had everything we needed, and the host responded quickly to questions. There are are ample food, entertainment, and beach options within walking distance. The other guests we met were equally satisfied with the location and value of the establishment. Pool pros: cleanliness, tanning ledge, availability of toys/floats/chairs. We would definitely return!

Solid Stay in Treasure Island

Great location with plenty to do nearby. Location and amenities are just as described and depicted. Communication and check-in/out process was seamless and made very easy through the guest portal. Thank you for outlining local eats and nightlife, there were some great recommendations and it kept me from having to spend vacation time wandering around. Overall great value.

Fantastic!!

We have never experienced VRBO before and were a bit nervous about how it was going to be but it turned out to be phenomenal!! The room was extremely clean, the property location was amazing, and the check in/check out process was so easy!

Cute beach getaway!

Pictures definitely don’t do this place justice! So clean and cute inside. The beach is a short walk across the street and the pool is amazing. There are tons of great restaurants in walking proximity and the people that stay here are so nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Nice Treasure Island Resort

Great value. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice heated pool. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. The unit we had included a full kitchen, which paid for itself with not having to eat out all the time as restaurants are expensive. Would stay here again.
