With an indoor speakeasy-inspired game room with arcade games, indoor billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a Nintendo switch- there's something fun for all ages! Outside, you'll find one of the BIGGEST pools in the county and other fun amenities to have fun all day long!
Next to the pool, you'll be able to play ping pong, challenge each other in a game of 5-hole mini golf, giant checkers, or bowling. The kids will have a blast playing on the outdoor playset and exploring the indoor treehouse bunkbed.
The "Jungle Villa" has 13 total beds (4 king beds, 5 queen beds, and 4 Twins (bunk) with an extra twin trundle underneath). Featuring 7 bedrooms and 5 FULL bathrooms, there's plenty of space for your whole group.
During the day, you can visit one of the USA's best beaches such as Clearwater Beach (under 20 minutes away!) and take with you the beach kit provided with your stay! Before you head out for the day, don't forget to try out our coffee-bar stocked with various flavor add-ins to give you the energy you'll need to have a fun day in the sun!
Under 20 minutes to iconic sugar-sand beaches like Clearwater Beach, you won't find better a place to have "More Fun, More Memories"!
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

$50 per day of entire reservation for Pool & Hot Tub Heating (min of 3 days)
Pool Heating Hours: 12pm-10pm (Target Temperature 80F)
Hot Tub Heating Hours: 6pm-10pm (Target Temperature 90-99F set by guests)
Due to the large size of the pool, the heating is only available when ambient temperatures exceed 55F (lows). Generally speaking, pool heating would be available during the Mid/Late February through November Season.

Do not park across the street as that is the neighbor's private property. Please park in the driveway or in the gravel area next to the driveway. Contact host if additional parking is needed.

****House-Rules****
This Home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) monitors high noise levels. Breaking of any of the House Rules such as: having unregistered guests, parties, unregistered pets, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or excessive noise/not following quiet hours can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay :)
-Primary Guest MUST BE PRESENT at Check-In
-No Parties Allowed
-No Smoking on the property or inside
-No undisclosed animals or guests
-Check out by 10AM; late checkout will result in a $25 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 10AM
-No mailing packages to the house without prior written consent
-Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM
-Florida is a tropical climate - please do not leave doors/windows open to prevent unwanted pests from entry
-Thermostat must be set bet 69F and 78F to prevent damage to the HVAC system.
-No Open Flames/Candles/Matches/Fireworks
-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There are additional cleaning charges if stains are found and removable. Non-removable stains will result in replacement fee of the damaged item.
-No minors or pets should be left at the home or using the pool without adult supervision
-Use and access of the pool are at your own risk and rules must be followed. Owner/Co-host assume no responsibility for injury occurring on the property.
Other Penalties Include:
-Stolen/Stained Towels/Linens
-Excessive Cleaning Fee if trash is left on the ground or dirty dishes not put in dishwasher
-Broken or damaged items/furniture/property
-Missing games/items/cookware/etc

By booking this accommodation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy, and understand and accept there are no expectations for refunds for the following:
-inclement weather affecting your stay or altering your travel plans (we highly suggest obtaining travel insurance when booking)
-power outages, wifi outages, maintenance issues
-cancellation of your reservation due to breaking of house rules
-extreme weather conditions impacting the performance of the HVAC or pool heater
