Have fun with the whole family to this stylish and spacious townhome! This 3bedroom, 2 1/2 bath offers 3 levels of living allowing for plenty of room for everyone! You'll enjoy the access to the two parking spaces and boat slip! Leave the keys at home, walk to dinner, shops and the beach! In the evenings you'll be able to unwind on any of the three balconies or enjoy the courtyard in the back of the complex gazing at the bay!

Great location, everything you need from high chair, beach chairs coolers conveniently at the property. Would definitely consider staying there again. Note: the condo has multiple floors, consider the steps.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo is beautiful and spacious and in the perfect location!! With that said it is a bit noisy at night for older folks like my husband and myself!! Also the beds could use new mattresses!! Sitting out by the dock in the evening watching the dolphins was a real delight every afternoon!! I would recommend this Condo and would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful vacation home

Perfect Place

Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything you could want. Unit and furnishings are great. Owner (Karen) was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Our place was very nice and very clean. Convenient to many restaurants and shops.

We had a great time. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. It was nice to sit out on the deck on the bay.This was very relaxing. The only complaints are a lot of steps. i normally wouldn't mind steps, but it was a workout with luggage. Also, there wasn't any shelves or space for shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the showers. All of those items had to sit on the floor. The place was very nice and decorated beautiful.

Nice property, close to the beach

The condo was as it was described, though felt bigger than it looked in the pictures, which was nice. It is four floors (1st floor is the entry, 2nd floor is the kitching/living area, 3rd floor two bedrooms, and the 4th is a large master bedroom). The top 3 floors each had a bathroom. It was well-appointed and supplied. The couch was particulary comfy.The condo was 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants and bars were everywhere to be found. The beach itself was wide, sandy, clean and popular - a great place to enjoy the sun and water.The owner was accomodating and communicative, though at the time of checkin there was was some slight confusion over the entry code. She managed to arrange an early check in thouigh, which we appreciate.The only downside - a large and loud party two units down which interfered with our ability to sleep the first night. That's not the owner's fault, but it did impact our enjoyment of our stay. Otherwise the condo building and immediate area was quiet.

Great living space with dock, outdoor area to gather

Perfect location, walk to beautiful beach, fun restaurants, shops and cute coffee shop with fresh baked goods. Plenty of rooms spread out on 3 floors. The main floor was perfect for our gathering. Any questions to host were immediately responded to. Very helpful!

July 4th weekend getaway

Great location and view of fireworks from Coachman Park behind building was an added plus. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Plenty of space for immediate family and daughter's best friend. Super clean which is rare in the VRBOs we have stayed near and at the beach. Will definitely stay in this area again.

Great Management & Stay!

We loved our stay! Perfect for our girls trip! Management (Kay) was great and the process was super easy for accommodating our early arrival and late checkout! Location can’t be beat and the dock was a really fun spot to hang out. The AC was out of this world - we were comfortable on all 3 floors! We also didn’t hear anyone in the other units our whole stay. Very soundproof units and also didn’t hear sirens like we typically do on the south side of the island! There were a few small things with wear and tear that could be addressed, shower rods wouldn’t stay up, loose drawer pulls, beach towels were wet in the basket when we arrived but very small fixes and didn’t impact the trip at all. They also had a very small stash of beach items compared to other places we have stayed but figured that would be the case since it’s a newer listing! Overall this is a great spot and we would definitely return!

Beyond expectations

What a wonderful condo - beautifully decorated, a lovely place to relax and vacation. The back dock was fun to sit on and watch the boats. It is walking distance to the beach. The condo is three stories with balconies on each level where you can watch sunrises and sunsets’ Ways to improve would be to boost the WiFi signal on the top floor.
