Sweet Escape Cottage is a great vacation cottage for you and your family. This nicely appointed property has a beautiful pool, and a landscaped (and fenced) backyard. Great for small family groups that want to enjoy the beach, and all the Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.

Beautifully decorated with the colors of the sea to relax and enhance your visit to the beach.

This awesome beach cottage offers plenty of room to stretch out with 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests.

The primary bedroom offers a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers 2 Queen beds. The second bathroom is located between two bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. The living area features a comfortable seating and a bonus area that also has a Sleeper sofa. This layout will accommodate 10 guests total.

The tastefully decorated living areas are spacious and comfortable for your relaxing vacation. We offer you a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals with lots of work space and tiled floor.

This beach house will give your family plenty of space with 1700 sf.

This unique & exciting beach cottage will amaze you with the most awesome amenities such a private pool with a spill over, wagon and much more!

The backyard is like an oasis, very comfortable for families with kids, just unpack, relax, and recharge.

There is ample room for gathering outside as we offer lounge areas by the pool and outside of the screened in pool.

This property is located in Indian Rocks Beach, a great location as its tucked away in the residential area but close enough for shopping, dining and much more!

WOW! That sums it up…this breathtaking home in Indian Rocks Beach will wow you and your whole family!

This beautiful beach cottage is located walking distance to Brown Park located on Bay Blvd & 2nd St. Brown Park. Brown Park is located on Bay Blvd and features a pickleball court, basketball court, pavilion with picnic tables, and jungle gym for kids to play. It is .4 miles from the property and is a great place to take the kids for some play time and a picnic lunch.

Important details:
*2 cars max on the driveway, no parking on the street.
*Jacuzzi/spa is not available and it is only a spillover.
*Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
*This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Comfy and cozy

The property was very inviting and clean. Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of space. The pool was great especially for the kids when we needed a break from the beach. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating! This by far has been the best vacation! We will be booking with Beach Time Rentals again! Thank you!!

Florida house with a pool

We liked the location, close enough to beaches, restaurants, etc. while being in a quiet neighborhood and having a private pool. The house was very nice and the kitchen looked to have just about every gadget and utensil you could need (although it only had salt and pepper). There was a good selection of beach stuff and other outdoor stuff to use as well. More than enough room both inside and out for a larger group than just the 2 of us. For what we wanted, the property was excellent and we would stay again.Since this property is through a rental agency, there are some additional steps/communications as part of the booking process/staying here. Nothing major, but a little more involved than other vrbo places we've stayed.

Pros: -The location of this house is in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road which we liked. -Good communication with the property manager. -Had beach chairs, carts, and toys in the garage to use. -Propane grill to use. Cons: -The pictures in the listing make the house appear larger that it really is. -The pool is very small and you have to pay extra per day to heat it. -The floors appeared clean at first glance but were very dirty. After walking barefoot the bottoms of feet would turn black quickly. Most likely the cleaning crew mopped, however they just let the dirty waiter sit on the tile without trying to pick it up once the mop made the dirt loose. -Furniture was a little uncomfortable and appeared a little dingy from use. -Several tv remotes had dead batteries.

Cleanliness should be top priority

To start with, the manager let us in three hours early without charge She was pleasant and accommodating before we arrived. Now for the not so good: The outside front could use some yard work but the inside was clean and as described. The pool deck and pool were in clutter and disarray when we arrived. The deck was filthy with grime all over and the pool had a grimy yellow ring at water level. The master bedroom toilet kept running after flushing. I could manually stop it but it did cause a lot of wasted water use. I let the manager and the pool cleaning guy know but nothing was done to correct during my week stay. When I told the pool guy about the filthy condition of the pool he said this isn’t the Ritz and it’s not his responsibility. I explained to him that cleanliness has nothing to do with wealth. It was obvious what I had to say fell on deaf ears. The pool company did come and fix a leak at the pump that we didn’t have any idea about. Unfortunately, Beach Time Rentals poor cleaning and lack of response or action on the issues reflects on VRBO and we will be less likely in using the service in the future.

Great location…..but in need of updates and declutter.

Amazing location, property mgmt. was very nice and responsive the day of check in. The bad….. all the beds are sunken in and in dire need of replacement. While there was a lot of things to use, which was AMAZING, the bikes need new chains, only 1 of the 4 semi-worked, the canopy is not useable, umbrellas need to be thrown away. Outdoor furniture is no where near as pictured and living room couch is beyond uncomfortable and makes noises when you sit down.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was clean on the inside, if I were to change one thing it would just be that the outside patio is a little bit more well manicured but it’s probably just because it’s winter in Florida. But it was a great house! Great communication with management team!

Beautiful house and pool area

House is wonderful. Outside area wonderful. Pull out couches extremely uncomfortable!!! So really only sleep 6-8 adults. 3 bedrooms. Parking is sparse only 2 cars in the driveway and no street parking so be aware!! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool area hours and hours each day!!

The check in and communication from the rental agency was amazing. They answered all of our questions pretty much immediately. The pool is a must in the Florida heat. The neighborhood is quiet. It was great having a washer and drier. The house came well equipped in the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms for anything you might need. A few things that could be easily fixed. There were no working chairs or umbrellas for the beach. We did use the cart for the chairs and umbrellas we had to purchase (which were expensive). We never walked to the beach because it wasn’t a convenient walk. It gets hot and I don’t want to drag all of our beach stuff in the blazing heat for a lengthy walk to the beach access. The bikes in the garage were not in working order. The tires were flat and dry rot, the handle bar on one was broken and wore out. The pool had what seemed at one time to be a hot tub. The maintenance man said it probably broke and was never fixed. Now they call it a “over flow”. The back yard was not usable! We could barely get to the run down grill though the unkept grass and weeds, which made the bugs worse than they already are in Florida. The outdoor furniture seemed well worn and dirty. The chairs around the pool were also well worn. They worked, but only because we had no other choice. There are alot of toys and floats seemingly left by prior renters just thrown in a pile in the corner with no organization. The pool was clean and the temperature was good. The Florida room outside was nice to keep some bugs out. The front bedroom carpet was also wet wet when we arrived and had a sour smell. It seemed like it had just been poorly shampooed. Also, in the same room the bed was at an angle? The foot was up Hugh and the head was down low. Strange. I think with a little yard maintenance and cleaning and organizing of some of the outdoor areas, a new grill, some working bikes and beach chairs. This house could be really great. We wished we wouldn’t have had to drive to the beach each day!!!

Great Place to stay for a multi generation family getaway!

Our group of 10 aged in range from 2 to 62. There was something for everyone nearby. The Park, including basketball court and tennis courts, the beaches and I can't forget the pool on the property. The wagon to haul the provided beach chairs in was a back saver. If you are looking for a nice clean beach that is family oriented and not over crowded, Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect place to go. Traveling with grandchildren, we did not want a beach boardwalk with bars and shops lining the beach. Indian Rocks did not have that which was perfect for us but wouldn't be if you are looking for a partying community.. If we wanted something it wasn't far to walk to, but it wasn't a temptation right on the beach for the kiddos to want to go to. The house itself was great as well. Large kitchen with all the things needed to make family sized breakfast and dinners so we didnt have to go out to eat all the time. The property manager provided information on local amenities which was extremely helpful. If we have the opportunity to visit the Tampa area again, we would definitely stay at Beach Time Rentals property.

Perfect vacation getaway

The house was perfect! A 10 min walk to Indian Rocks beach. The property manager was really great with communication and replying whenever I text. The house was spotless when we arrived. There were 11 of us that stayed, and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.
