- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $600 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max. We ask that you consolidate and car pool. Our neighbors prefer that we dont ahve more than 1 car in the streets.

- Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
