Enjoy a real 1925 beach cottage 100 steps from the beach. Pink Dolphin Cottage features Samsung Smart Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops with white beaded pine cabinets. Families have enjoyed these cute little houses since the 1920s. Old Florida Key West Style backyard has wood party deck, tin roof gazebo, Weber BBQ Grill, and is fun and funky. Pink Dolphin Cottage has a wood deck off the kitchen which overlooks the backyard. Fenced so children and pets can run around. This house can sleep up to 7 guests with Queen in private masterbed, sofabed in living room, Murphy Wall bed in very small room off kitchen, and twin bed in small porch room. Great for families with lots of children, but not recommended for 7 adults. 900 square feet air conditioned living area.
Daily bookings must be the day of a check out or daily rentals accepted the day prior to a check in but not one day in middle of week. Please inquire for daily bookings.

The beach was great. Only a few feet away. Great location. The cottage was dirty, not safe. No fire alarms, cables everywhere. The electricity is not up to code.

Great stay

Easy check-in. Everything was just as the explanation on VRBO. Beds were comfortable. The cottage was an original from the 20s or 30s so it had old charm. You don’t find much of that these days. super convenient walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely come back and stay!

Unorganized chaos

The house was nice for what we needed, and we enjoyed the yard area and hot tub. The house's cleanliness was ok except for the greasy dishes, blood-stained sheets on the sofa bed, and the pubic hair all around and in the bathtub. We checked in on Christmas by text message, due to not wanting to pull him away from his family. He texted where we were supposed to be which was the wrong property. Standing with the family who was originally supposed to be in the apartment we were sent to, they called to clear things up. Immediately he called me telling me I was in the wrong place and the family who rented it was claiming that we were smoking in the house. I was standing with them and that was never said. He blamed me for being in the wrong place after he texted me where to go insinuating that I was too dumb to know what I rented when all I had to go by was pictures of all the nice parts of different properties and a long property number. He gave us 2 assigned parking places that were taken from us due to "the new people have 2 cars". He parked me in a parking area that clearly said no parking, telling me not to move it, so I paid for a safer option. There is no heated pool. Bring your toilet paper. There were no utensils in the kitchen. Dogs were barking beside us which made it hard to relax. He can be a good manager to those he chooses. However, he was not kind to us and talked down to us. We hid when we saw him for fear that we were going to be accused of doing something else.

Great beach cottage - one of the last in Clearwater

Lovely small, old cottage duplex, comfy beds and bedding, and the common space is handy and pleasant. The host was engaged, helpful, and friendly.

Easter Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!

This 1920’s beach house was gem in a sea of condos and high rises. If your family likes to spend every minute on the beach hunting for shells and sand dollars, this is the place for you!

Great place close to the beach….

Walk everywhere you want extremely convenient to restaurants and the beach! Brought my 2 labs and they had a great time. They are 10 yrs old so the 1 level cottage was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute Place

The cottage was cute and well-kept. Actually a little bigger than we expected. I feel like better photos could be taken to allow families to know they wouldn't be as cramped as you think you will be due to photos. We were excited to use the hot-tub for our 6 & 8 year old, but once we got there the information was provided that no children under 8 were allowed in the hot tub, which would have been nice to know prior. The backyard area was nice, but unfortunately no one else was out there when we stayed. We were hoping for other families to be there, but obviously couldn't be controlled. Close to the beach, and had sand toys for the kids. My kids loved the pool across the street, but it is not free, you get a discount for staying there. Came out out like $5 for the whole family.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. So close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. The cottage was very much our vibe with its unique vintage charm and character. So much better than a hotel room. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach trip

This is very very very overpriced for what you get. Sleeps 7 but so tight you can hardly move. One hot tub was broken, location is just okay. I thought this was beach views and it was not. Not well maintained baseboards dirty not enough pillows so be sure to bring your own and our neighbor next to us said she found a roach in the bathroom. Would not stay here again even if it was half the price.

Perfect location!

Perfect cottage close to beach and town. Great amenities. Super friendly and helpful caretaker on site. Had one issue with noisy neighbor and Capt Al was right on it.
