With 3 comfortable bedrooms, our home sleeps up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. You`ll enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of space.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and stay cool with air conditioning in every room.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Bedroom 2 |This inviting second bedroom features two single beds, making it perfect for additional guests or children.

Bedroom 3 |The third bedroom also includes a double bed and like all other rooms, it’s air-conditioned for a refreshing night’s sleep.

Bathroom 1 | A modern full bathroom en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink, providing everything you need to refresh and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Bathroom 2 | This second bathroom offers similar amenities, with a bathtub, sink and toilet for added convenience.

Front Balcony | Step out onto the front balcony for breathtaking panoramic views. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Back Balcony | Connected to one of the main bedrooms, this quiet back balcony offers privacy and a peaceful retreat.

Welcome to the vibrant neighborhood of Qawra, located on the northern coast of Malta. Qawra is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful coastline, stunning views, and a wide array of activities and attractions for visitors to enjoy.

Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, breathe in the fresh sea air, and marvel at the crystal-clear waters.

You`ll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars along the promenade, where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Qawra is also home to several sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea.

The beaches offer facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas, making it convenient for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the beachfront experience.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
