Push open the red timber door and Qawra goes quiet behind you. Inside is a real Maltese farmhouse, converted with a light touch — 180 m² of exposed limestone, heavy timber beams and red shuttered windows, kept for just two guests. Every room has been finished with care, and nothing here feels like a rental. Here`s what`s waiting for you inside.

A glossy, handleless kitchen with dark granite worktops set against a raw stone splashback — five-burner gas hob, built-in electric oven, American-style fridge freezer with water dispenser, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. 🌊 The Seafront
Qawra`s promenade wraps the point and runs on into Buġibba, past lidos, rocky swimming platforms and open-air cafés. It`s the town`s living room — busy in the evening, quiet at sunrise.

🐠 Malta National Aquarium
Qawra`s Mediterranean aquarium sits right on the seafront, with a café terrace over the water. An easy afternoon if the weather turns.

🍽️ Eating & Everyday Life
Buġibba Square and the streets around it hold the bulk of the area`s restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets — everything from pastizzi to proper seafood, and grocery shopping without a car.

🚌 Bus
Buġibba`s bus terminus is the main interchange for the north of Malta, with frequent direct routes to Valletta, Sliema, St Julian`s, Mdina and the northern beaches. Stops are dotted all along the Qawra seafront.

⛴️ Ferry
Seasonal ferries run from Buġibba across to Valletta, Sliema and Comino — the fastest and by far the prettiest way to reach the capital or the Blue Lagoon.

🚕 Taxis & Ride-Hailing
Bolt, eCabs and Uber all cover Qawra, with pickups usually within a few minutes. Handy for late dinners in St Julian`s or an early airport run.

• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and can`t always be guaranteed — but we`ll do our best when we can!

5. Waste Disposal & Local Fines 🚮
You`ll find waste collection schedules in your check-in guide. Please place waste only at the designated times — as local authorities monitor the streets, and incorrect disposal may result in fines.
