Freshly painted and appointed with modern and comfortable furnishings, bedding and a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, this three-bedroom two and a half bath home is sure to please. Located close (75ft) to the water's edge, where you can fish or crab from the private dock. Crab cages are available for your use as well as 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, cornhole boards, and 2 adult bikes to mosey into St. Michaels for ice cream or a little shopping. Or simply relax in the Adirondacks and enjoy the sailboat races and wildlife that frequent, including osprey, turtles, rays and even the occasional pod of dolphin that make their way up the Miles River. St Michaels is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by bike with all the conveniences, including shopping, restaurants, wineries, the Chesapeake Bay Marine Museum and more!

Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Weddings and special events of any kind are not permitted at our vacation rental properties due to local zoning ordinances and our homeowner agreements.
