"The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. Room was fantastic and has been upgraded and well designed. No carpet a very big +. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to others."

"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring...

"The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. "

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"

"The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror!"

"Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!! The beds were comfortable and the room clean! There was a frig and microwave too!! Reasonable price as well. We will stay there again when going thru Topeka! "
