Review from 4 Couples. From the outside, the home is absolutely beautiful — spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a group. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues made our stay disappointing. When we arrived, the front door was difficult to open and the house was extremely hot. Most of the air conditioners were not working properly, and the ceiling fans didn’t function. The refrigerator was barely cooling, likely just plugged in before we arrived, causing some of our groceries to spoil. One bathroom had flushing issues, and several showers lacked hot water, light, or pressure. While the property managers did respond, repairs were slow and incomplete. Even after multiple visits, some AC units, fans, and plumbing issues were unresolved. The hot tub also never worked, and we were told “if it doesn’t turn on, oh well.” Considering the high rental cost of over 6,000 for the week, we expected a much higher level of quality and preparedness. A property in this price range should have functioning air conditioning, reliable plumbing, clean and updated amenities, and be fully ready for guests upon arrival. Simple touches like fresh towels, working remotes with batteries, soap, and shampoo would have gone a long way. We also noticed details like rusty shower handles and reused toilet paper rolls, which made the home feel neglected. The property itself is stunning, but it needs better maintenance and preparation. 6.5/10. Beautiful home, but poorly managed and uncomfortable stay.
