This parking card allows you unlimited access to come and go from the lot with no restrictions.

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays under 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7

The loft was beautiful. Extremely clean and a great location. I was by myself and felt safe the entire stay. The building itself was very quiet and clean. The host and her assistant were wonderful. I had lots of questions and they responded quickly. They were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. From booking, check in and departure the entire process was super easy. Don’t miss this gem in St. Louis!
