We had a bit of trouble with the check in as there was a technical issue with the entrance decoder. We contacted Dan and he had maintenance checking it out and was solved within the hour. property is well maintained, lots of lights coming in and lots of space. It is one of the few places with a terrace too. Location is just wow. Next to Forest Park, walking distance from the Basilica and areas to dine. I would certainly recommend this place. Upstairs has a bedroom with comfy bed and lots and lots of pillows to choose from. The staircase might be an issue for some and there is no bathroom upstairs so if you need to get up during the night, be careful on the stairs. Alternatively there is of course the bedroom on the level floor. We never had an issue finding a parking spot. Our stay was in April so I can not comment on the pool as it was not open yet.

Very unpleasant stay in a generic building with thin walls in the apartments. We could easily hear TV & music from neighboring apartments. Elevators didn’t work so had to climb several flights of stairs to top floor. Access code to apartment wasn’t included in our check in instructions. Living room lamp was laying on the kitchen floor when we finally got into the apartment. Stains on living room couch. Checkout instructions required us to take out the trash. Asked owner to refund the hosting and service fees but were told our experience didn’t qualify for a refund. Don’t recommend staying there.

My family and I really enjoyed our four night stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest having additional towels, toiletries, and additional toilet paper on hand to replenish.

My daughter, sister brother and I came up for the Evolution music festival. We loved that we were able to walk to the event. The view from the balcony was lovely and we were extremely comfortable in this location. The beds we so comfortable I haven't slept that good in weeks. Gonna have to get one of those amazing pillows. Plenty of room for us 5 and this place had all we needed for our stay, plenty of clean towels, soap, and paper products. If ever I come back I would love to stay again! Forest Park itself is amazing.

Unit is lovely and in a wonderful location - close to Forest Park and downtown. Parking easy and park and ride Metrolink is a 5 minute drive away. Suite was short on some amenities - missing toilet paper, towels still damp in the dryer and the upstairs bedroom was hot, even with the provided fan. Very bright unit without light blocking window coverings so if you like to sleep in and the light would bother you, bring an eye mask and it should be fine. Overall, I’d stay here again. Didn’t use the pool.

Our stay was a wonderful experience- each of us has a lovely bedroom and the balcony off the upper suite was a decided plus. Tha space was easy to navigate and well appointed for our needs. Being adjacent to Forest Park and the attractions collocated there suited our plans marvelously and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying StL rather than driving across town.
