If you're here for tourism, then you've chosen the perfect location-it's a quick 10-minute (or less) drive to basically every other tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to place an authorization hold for incidentals and fees, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
