Experience the excitement of urban living in this chic, modernized studio in the heart of St. Louis' Central West End. This converted retail space is bathed in natural light and features 30-foot ceilings, large windows, and modern amenities for a comfortable, unforgettable stay.

Just steps from your front door are some of the best locations in St. Louis for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. Forest Park, the site of the 1904 World's Fair, is just a short walk away from tree-lined sidewalks. You'll also be just minutes from the St. Louis Zoo and other great attractions. The CWE neighborhood offers a diverse and exciting selection of restaurants. From St. Louis-style barbecue to deliciously inventive tacos, everyone will be able to find something to love. If you want to venture out of the neighborhood, this home is conveniently located near Interstate 64, providing direct access to downtown St. Louis and more.

JZ Vacation Rentals has remodeled this former retail space into a one-of-a-kind studio. The Central West is one of the locations in the country where every home has a unique floor plan, and this vacation home is no exception. The elegant open-concept design bathes the unit in natural light, while the modern finishes perfectly juxtapose the enduring St. Louis charm.

The gourmet kitchen invites the chef to try their hand, with full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. A separate dining table for 6 will make your guests feel honored.
The spacious living room offers a leather sectional sofa to accommodate additional guests. It's the ideal spot to curl up in front of the flat-screen TV for a movie marathon. Alternatively, it's just as lovely to curl up with a book, journal, and a cup of tea for some quiet time.

Need to catch up on work emails? You'll love the petite WFH nook, nestled in the crook of the bay window, offering a birds-eye view of neighborhood happenings. A comfortable king-size bed is dressed in premium linens to ensure restful sleep. The bedside table and lamp are welcome for those who like to read a few pages before drifting off to sleep. Long-term guests will particularly enjoy the full-size washer and dryer tucked conveniently in a closet.

THE LOCATION
Whether you are in town for family or friends, the St. Louis area has plenty to keep you busy. This St. Louis home is in a prime location just minutes from all the best attractions!

If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se, but it has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis. Let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive to the St. Louis Arch and downtown.

Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues, are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!

Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.

Lastly, Forest Park has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsy person! Dine at the boathouse, rent paddleboards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC), so there is plenty to explore.

PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Underwhelming

Areas for improvement 1. Curb appeal - trim bushes, sweep dead leaves away, plant flowers in pots instead of using them as ash trays 2. Musty smell - every time we walked in, there was an extremely strong musty basement odor. We bought a can of air freshener but it didn’t help much. 3. Internet - the coverage was inconsistent, requiring disconnecting and reconnecting 4. Quiet hours - the guests who checked into the upstairs unit on Saturday did not abide by the quiet hours. 5. Cleaning fee - taking the trash out should be included in the cleaning service that we paid for6. Furniture- the couch is shabby and there is water damage on the ceiling near the window. The location is good. Overall, our stay was adequate but we won’t return. .

Great location, clean, but still disappointing

This is a perfect location in the CWE and a clean apartment. Yet there are so many small things the owners could do to make it a nicer stay: a larger bed with sheets that fit, a couch that isn't ripped and mended with duck tape, tea and decaf coffee options (not just caf), creamer, instructions on premises for setting the thermostat & logging into WiFi, a fireplace that works, etc. Also, the space is so huge that a queen or king sized bed would make for a much nice stay and there's plenty of room for it.

Perfect location

Came to do the tourist things. Perfect, affordable place to stay with our dog. My son slept on the couch with no issues. No problem finding street parking nearby. Felt very safe in the area as a single mom. Only picky complaint would be to have a little more in kitchen. A big bowl would be nice. We made a salad one night and made it in a saucepan to mix it. Very limited silverware.

Empeccable Studio

This place is beautiful, inside along with the surrounding neighborhood. It is exactly as seen in the pictures. Watch for the slight step up, separating the bedroom from the kitchen. The stacked washer and dryer made life easy. The only thing preventing a perfect rating: spotty internet service. Even after the cable provider came to service it, it failed again the next day. All in all, would stay there again.

The house. Is nicely situated in the CWE neighborhood. We experienced difficulties using the TV and were unable to turn off. the fireplace because the battery was discharged. Our stay was comfortable.

Great Location

My wife and I really enjoyed the ease of check-in and the communication that was present throughout our stay. We loved the location and were able to walk to many great shops and restaurants. We loved being able to bring our dog and the area is a very pet friendly community.

Beautifully appointed and located in the chic central west end, the property is close to the famous Forest Park! The wine Bistro across the street charms as do the local art galleries and food scene. What a delight to be here as we discovered St Louis beyond the Arch:)

Botanical Gardens Visit

I was very nice and spacious with high ceilings. Nice area. Since we got in after 9 both nights on Friday and Saturday, parking was tight because of all the venues in the area. During the day it is not a problem.

Great Stay

Our trip started with is getting a call the day before our arrival saying they had to move us due to water damage in the first floor unit. They were very helpful and responsive in finding a new place for us. They ended ip moving us to the second floor unit and it was very modern and clean! Everything about the stay was great. Location is awesome, 10min from downtown was the perfect distance away for a quiet trip. The location felt very safe, I even accidentally left my trunk open over night and everything inside was still there in the morning. Would highly recommend
