The space

Living room: Spacious and bright with a leather sectional and a large Smart TV loaded with streaming apps and a 5.1 channel surround sound system—great for movie nights in.

Kitchen: Eat-in layout with ample cabinetry and the essentials you need to cook and serve a meal. Undercabinet lighting, stovetop, oven, coffee, dishwasher, and many cooking items available.

Bathroom: Fully remodeled, spa-like feel with a large walk-in shower, vanity, and excellent lighting.

Bedroom: Main-floor bedroom just off the hall for easy access. Large Queen Bed with double nightstand provide space to stretch out and relax. A large closet helps you unpack fully.

Outdoors: Step from the bedroom to a shaded deck with seating, then unwind in the private hot tub. The fully fenced yard offers room to relax and play, plus lighting for evening use. One dedicated off-street parking spot is included with ample lighting for night time secuirty.

Good to know

No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking on the back deck allowed just not in the hottub. $500 fine + Smoke Remediation costs in evidence of smoking inside.
